How do you know that they knew?

Just because they said after the fact does not mean that they knew the score top begin with, Yes it does take looking at fourms and serching the net to find theses sort of places and the rules about cross brands, But we do not know that the OP knew what sites belonged to whom, nor do we even know that the self exlcusion even existed untill he was not paid

I raised the complaint, and this was eventually resolved. The deposits were taken quite a few days after the initial period, so in essence what my bank statements reflected (which was the period of self-exclusion) turned out to be deposits taken "before" the self-exclusion, so in essence MT Secure Trade didn't breach any terms and I was successfully able to close all accounts. Resolved.

So the fact you are repeating this self excluding issue in various casinos in the off chance that one will bite and actually refund you?

I am now also questioning your integrity and i am also wondering if this money was yours or not to lose in the first place and this is also why your frantically looking for excuses and trying anything you can to try and get your money back. I know you stated in your last post that it was resolved.

But my 2cents is this. If you can look at terms easily enough for casinos i am sure you are also aware of which casinos are operating under the same group as well.

It actually is not very hard to find this information out, you just need to find the casino group in question and do a quick google search and alas you get to know which casinos are in that group.

So if your a business owner as you say you are i am saying your obviously intelligent enough to know how things work and if you actually re read this thread and the 32red thread and all the replies you might actually see where some are coming from.

We get many members who sign up to CM and make claims on various basis, and the replies given are usually given with caution until there is more evidence. Some jump on the ship and defend the OP some dont. But most new members who signup here and make threads about X reason usually are in the wrong 75% - 80% of the time. so take this in mind.
