I deposited over 12 hours ago on alljackpots mobile casino through ideal, not the first time offcourse, but now the amount never got added to my balance. I checked at my bank account and the money is payed, contacted the live help desk and i get the answer that i have to wait untill i hear from them wich would probably take up untill monday before i get the money or hear anything about it. In the meanwhile i cant get any compensation or anything i just have to wait for days untill things might clear up. Is this normal? I deposited many times through ideal, sometimes it gave an error but then an hour later the money was still added to my balance, but this instance it seems to go very different.
