Icontacted them concerning the issue I was haing. They were right on it. They gave me fast, quick and efficent service. Happy to say that the issue has been resolved, and I will be playing at there casino Again!I love this sight it is very informative.
 
But then why is this in the complaints section. Ironic, but I just started a thread on the poor support service from Inet but didnt really want to post it under Complaints.:p

I have satisfactorily resolved complaints my self without anyone from CM helping me. But I know that as a gambling consumer, customer service will keep me coming back.

But I know I have spent many hours of my life seeing that I resolve these issues satisfactorily, and I
have not yet to Pitdh a Bit or pitch a fit.

I have been an consumer advocate for a really long time. I recently was the next customer at a grocery store when a fellow did not have his brussels sprouts scanned at the correct price. It took a bit, while produce was called, but the very young cashier apologised to me after his issue was resolved satisfactorially because he was "difficult" and kept me waiting. He was not difficult, he was just making sure that the merchant honoured their advertised prices. A consumer who wants stuff resolved satisfactorily is not "difficult" but a customer.

Well i contacted then..sent all the information they requested.Was told would have a response within 3 days. Guess Waht no hear drom them. I guess I jumped the gun to soon with them.Stupid me believed them. good luck cause I will not return to them. Is there no place for us players that is Good! Does anyone have an opion? Thanls all.
 
Yeah, I knew that Audioz, just trying to not flame the thread by pointing out just who mecan was dealing with (the best damn group of 07 here at CM!) Hard to believe anyone would be surprised about poor service from this bunch. The joke is on the factory and their lame CS. Soon David Brickman will be on here mecan saying that he will personally look into it if you PM him with your details. Hope the temperature starts dropping where you are, because hell will freeze over before he "takes care of you". Good luck.

If you take away the inept customer support staff, the casino is great. If you send a PM to them at this forum they will take good care of you. I dont how others out there will fare though. As pacers said, their CS is lame (actually its worse than that) with nobody knwoing what they mean or wrote earlier in their correspondences. To top it off, they will conclude that they are sorry for what you believe in because they are sure they are right.
