Okay here goes, talked to live chat and Lauren said that I has spun the 60 spins winning £11, which is over the actual cost of the spins great I know, but the thing is I didn't actually play the spins nor did I get a popup saying congrats you have 60 free spins. Live chat are happy with the £11 bonus being added to the account. Below is a screen shot of the added bonus, if you look you will see no actual spins made.

No I just told her to tell you to just play the spins which are available on the game.

And after the game most likely gives an error: something went wrong.

After you cant access the game. Sorry!

However, in this event we would never apply anything against you. You know we are fair and square, if we made a mistake, customer is right all times.

So no worries, just try to finish the spins which are in the game and still available. If it gets stuck, ill deal with it tomorrow.

The bonus granted is yours anyway.

Hi Scott, that stuck round is released. Found one on Book of Dead, sorted as well. Games are accessible again and investigation is ongoing.

@JohnSnow already request to setup Cruks (national SE system) all our policies and procedures are being translated to Dutch, so yes we started preparing for the license application in March 2021. I hope to be able to welcome you back in September.

Bear in mind Bastard of Winterfell, the registration process will be a long one I haven't worked it out yet how we want to do on site, but I expect between 4 to 6 steps. That type of thing is why L&L are so good, you would struggle to get anyone else to refund that bet, let alone on live chat within 10 minutes.

It would have. Unless there was a bonus involved.

The thing is, a 100 bet on cash is a bet - win or lose. If you hit 10k L&L would never dare disputing that - thats not in their business model.

They are fair and so fair that they are willing to look into a mistaken bet and credit it back.

This is what annoys me the same thing happened to me was doing 10p spins got kicked out due to an error which happened over 10 times when I rejoined the spin left off where it ended and I did auto play for another 25 spins and to my surprise the bet went up to £1 a stake and I lost around £20 I told live chat and they said all bets are final I asked for it to be passed on to higher up this was 2 weeks ago ive heard nout , Why is it 1 rule for one and then another rule for another customer when it comes to stuff like this, I sent the error messages to you in PM and to live chat and explained what happened but ive heard nothing, Not me having a go at all just annoyed how this happen to me yet I didn't get the same outcome

Spins are clearly a preset amount before you have spun the allocation.

We never had (as far as i recall) an explanation as to why the money is credited before the spins play?

Educated guess would be that when 100 FS are credited to any player account, they randomly grab the next 100 server results in nano seconds and credit the total as a lump sum rather than per individual spin, not ideal but depends on how the FS are set up from the providers end, not the casinos.

Playing them out is as with normal play just the eye candy as has been discussed numerous times and seems something most of the community agree on (minus the 'rigged' brigade of course )

I could of course be totally wrong!

Here is the results of my hunt.
The first 5 bonuses I got I managed to get the balance to £116 then the spin error hit. Took the rest to gather the last bonuses.
