This may not seem to be a big issue to some but it really does bother me. Has anyone played all slots casino this weekend? well when I went in there I got a pop out that said something about "make a deposit this weekend and get a bonus surprise". There was no link to push in the message to see anymore this is all it said. So I thought cool I have not played here much lets see how it is. So I made a deposit nothing big a very small one and played. They are always tight so money was gone in a few minutes as always.But I thought no big deal I will see what they put in on Monday for the bonus surprise. Nothing was in here so I chatted with them. I was told that I had to deposit 50 dollars and be chosen for the bonus 60 minutes after the deposit. I said it never said anything like that. It was just a pop out with no link to read anything about make a deposit this weekend and get a surprise. I have to tell you I feel this casino is a rip off. In order to get any bonus they offer you have to copy and paste it to to show them as they always deny bonuses as much as they can, and that will not even work either. I'm surprised they are not on the www.ripoffreport.com site.
 
I know they redeemed themselves with the Casinomeister and crept back into the accredited list - but I've never forgiven them for the dreadful marketing fiasco going back a couple of years...

There's way too much solid Microgaming choice out there to let the likes of Jackpot Factory get a look in.

They were always ok with me and I'm sure they're far from proper 'rogue' behaviour... but still... Nah, give 'em a miss.
 
I also got that pop up at all jackpots wnet to live chat said I had to deposit 50.00 since I had just deposited 25.00 asked if I could deposit another 25.00 they said no they didnt say anything abot being picked for the bonus also for my birthday I had deposited 700.00 in 3 months and withdrew 800. said I wasnt eligable for birthday bonus because I hadnt made more deposits than I withdrew
 
It's annoying and irritating..why not come right out and say you have to deposit $50 and be lucky enough to get picked for the bonus? I had a similar issue with a Casino Rewards casino a long time ago..I fought them tooth and nail about $12.50 (some cashback bonus or something)....it wasn't even about the money, it was the principle...;)
 
sorry to hear some have quite issues with them..

anyway i they made good impresion on me, esspecially their clearplay bonus system. i deposited and withdrew forfeiting the bonus and they paid next morning without asking for docs or anything and immediatly flushed my winnings.

so for me they did real good and this bonus system is also really comfortable as you can cashout at any time, rogue ones woruldnt let you ;-)

I have always been happy with them it just seems like they were coxing you into depositing them hiding the terms I should have gone to live chat before I deposited to get the terms but I didnt my fault but still it doesnt seem quite fair

Funny you should mention it. I just opened my All Jackpots and got that sliding thingy that slides out from the bottom right of your software to give you the news...like "you have an entry into the $10,000 weekly slots tournament." Well the one I got was " Congratulations on your big win! The pitboss has credited you with $100 free dollars" or close to these words...then it says..click on here...well I clicked ....then the slide out disappears and nothing happens. So I disconnect the casino and connect again, and was I surprised? Nope! There was no $100. No slide out thingy again saying that. So I call the tollfree number and they have no idea what Im talking about. Then as if they were not hearing what I said the girl says to me, send me the email. I need the promotion number. Im sorry. But this is more than aggravating. Marketing? Hmmmm I think its best for me to bite my tongue.
