All Jackpots delayed payment

I play every day in jackpot factory group but i have problem only with all jackpot :confused:
In other casino i receive withdraw on click2pay in 48 hours but from all jackpots delays several days
I have requested last withdraw 27th march and at today i have not received nothing :eek2:
Someone had the same experience?

There might be an external processor that is responsible for the delay. All jackpots are a reputable casino and ive never had any problems pay wise from them. I woudlnt worry too much
 
Ciao Athlone, come sai, ricevo i soldi entro 36 ore su All Slot; per, se non ricordo male, Teto ha ricevuto una volta i soldi su postepay in 7 giorni :eek:....forse ogni tanto (raramente) hanno dei problemi.


Hello Athlone, as you know, I get the money within 36 hours on All slots, but if I remember correctly, Teto received once the money on postepay in 7 days :eek:.... perhaps occasionally (rarely) have problems.

You have a "stuck withdrawal" caused by an error with their processor, Inexia, which is not "external", but a subsidiary company set up to deal with processing for the Jackpot Factory group of casinos. Both companies are owned by a company that appears to be Israeli, but is secretive about it's beneficial owners.

The problem is because their is no proper line of communication between their CS desk and Inexia, and you could be contacting them for days, or even WEEKS and getting nowhere. My "personal best" is 13 days for a flushed Neteller withdrawal which would normally take between 6 to 18 hours during the week, and not much longer over a weekend.

The JF rep has some experience of this issue, I gave it to him;)

Contact David Brickman, the rep here, who will know how to "cut the crap" with CS and Inexia, and find out what the problem is, and get things moving again.

The process should be the same for any JF casino, it is individual withdrawals that get "stuck", although your deposit method history is individual to each casino when it comes to selecting a payment/refund method, which is a recently introduced system giving even further scope for Inexia to make a complete Dog's breakfast of the process.

Has any of these CSR's ever heard of ESCALATING a problem if they cannot give a definitive answer to a player's question or complaint??

It seems that quite a few complaints regarding casinos here are because of CSR's that are either too busy, just don't care, or are just too ignorant to actually follow up with a complaint/inquiry or simply pass it on to someone that CAN get the player an answer.

Probably a month or so, depending on when the processor runs the routine audit of all transactions, which is usually monthly, Only then would an inconsistency show up, but even then they could cock it up.

I once had an Email from one of the Vegas Partner casinos, Arthurian I believe, that told me they had "found" a lost 50 deposit on routine audit some SIX MONTHS later!!! I had not noticed, so didn't complain, so this shows how long it CAN take where players are unaware of either an issue, or a route to complain where CS are not showing much inclination to make progress.

Much of the problem seems to stem from CS believing in the infallibility of the system, and not bothering to go further than to reassure the player that all is well, using a stock reply. If all is well, this works (and player thinks it was down to "helpful" CS), but where there really is a problem, nothing ever gets done about it, and it is expected to work itself out, which often never happens to "real" problems as opposed to normal system delays.
 
I have recieved money this morning after 6 DAYS! + 1 of reversible :mad: Is not possible! because this is not the first time this has happened
I probably do not play more all jackpots, I am frustrated of these delays :mad:

Athlone scusa ma dal 27/3 ad oggi sono passati 5 giorni lavorativi....in linea con ci che scritto nei siti dei vari casino: "Tempo impiegato per il prelievo: 1-5 Giorni" con Neteller con C2p e con Mooneybookers. :rolleyes:

Abituato a ricevere i soldi in 48 ore un ritardo puo dare fastidio....ma hanno rispettato i tempi scritti nel sito. :p

Abituato to receive money in a 48 hour delay can annoy .... but having observed the time written on the site. :p

Parpol guarda che nelle condizioni non parla di giorni lavorativi ma di 5 giorni normali.
E comunque non capisco perch solo all jackpots e non gli altri casino del gruppo

Parpol, in the terms there are 5 days not 5 working days
However i don't understand why olnly all jackpots and not other casino of same group

sono andato sul sito: "I prelievi sono processati 7 giorni su 7 entro 24 ore dall'uscita dallo stato pendente. Di norma ci vogliono 48 ore per un prelievo."

I went on the site: "The withdrawal are processed 7 days on 7 within 24 hours from the state pending. Normally it takes 48 hours for a withdrawal."
