My partner wanted to open a acc at all British, she used the likes of coral and 365 etc years..

I suggested all British.

Now obviously we live in the same property and thought this would be a issue.

I mentioned this to Jan, and it’s literally took her 15 mins to sort kyc and all her ID via live chat, not an issue one bit, i was with the thick bint as she done this haha.

But it was effortless, all those whom moan about this kind of thing I don’t get at all..

She’s now covered playing at a casino with 100% customer service, guaranteed she’s being paid if she wins, and we have a rep here who frankly bends over backwards for folks.

The staff she’s dealt with again where awesome, knowledgeable and patient.. so @Jan let them know please.

Just wanted to let those whom constantly bang on about ‘RTP’ yes it’s important, but she’s happy to spend probably £50 a week, have a laugh and get paid when she wins rather than 98% RTP and no help when required.

Also seen the fine these guys got, a utter disgrace..

Dealt with Jan and all British, god.. over ten years, not a issue..

Did very similar with my missues at their PUB brand. Jan sorted things put a note on our accounts and never had a problem.

Agree with your post throughout.

If you compare the bitching and moaning and no pay threads (No names but Play Ojo in the main) then ABC and L&L make up less than 5% of these situations, if that.

My luck there right now is beyond awful but as we all know that has nothing to do with the casino.

I do play there knowing I'll be paid very quickly (frankly that fine thread is total BS) and if there is ever a problem as you say Jan's usually sorted it before you even finish typing .......
