Why do affiliate programs bother placing SPAM clauses into their T&C's if the program itself does nothing to stop these scum bags?

As far as any unsubscribe link, there is no way I'm touching that (9 times out of 10 it's only a way to confirm your email address is still active).

Besides I didn't subscribe to the damn thning in the first place!

I'm basically sick of contacting affiliate managers who do nothing. So I'm going to start Shaming these scub bag SPAMMERS.

This guys who ever he is, (wagershare affiliate ID wgs14930) is a SPAMMING scum bag.

Did you inform Tim Whyles about this? He's one of the most proactive affiliate managers when it comes to spammy affiliates. I have difficulty believing he is doing nothing like you said.

An email has been sent to Tim.

To clear the misconception, I don't class Tim or a few other selected Aff managers in this boat, I'm was just making a general statement based on the non responsive, non reactive majority who place bucks before SPAM.

The email concerned is a free account, it does not have a great filter option but it's the one that is used for all my casino accounts, affiliate payments and so on, hence getting spammed turns inito a major clean up exercise if that's what's need.

I've been plagued for the past 6 -7 months by PokerInside.com too (CDPoker rakeback site). I've lost count of the number of complaints I've sent to both CDPoker and PokerInside.com all ignored.

Hence getting another one yesterday from this clown above, was the one that broke the camel back!
