i play on online cashinos on 4 address 1 family home - my sisters and 2 of my mates

should i inform the cashinos of this just incase theres any problems as there will be a few changes in the i.p's because of this so it don't send out too many red flags

whats peoples best advise about this

Probably be best to let them know, especially if you're using different computers. If you're using the same computer/laptop all the time then you wouldn't think it would be an issue. If you're just moving around a bit in the same city then you wouldn't think that it would raise any security flags.

But of course I'm no expert, so please don't take my word for it! I'd check with any casinos you play just to be sure.

What could end up being a problem is if any of those other people also play online at the same casinos - then it might look like you're breaking the one account per household rule that most casinos have.

but I am not as all my accounts have the same home address

As Chayton said, you have to be careful and just inform the casinos your situation, as many casino's have a one account per household.

I would if I were you to just to protect yourself , you should just email them and let them know.

They are not concerned with a laptop stolen. They just want to be certain that you are not using multiple accounts.

i cant see how it should be a massive issue given that mobile devices are growing and the ip address could be changing continuously if you are connecting to various hotspots, that said if any of those ip addresses are being used by friends for playing casinos its fuel for them to use, especially if they take up a welcome bonus a day after you do from the same ip address - to them it does look fishy..,

ive been investigated before as my mrs also plays but lives at a different address so im always cautious of ever letting her sign up to a casino from my house and vice versa..

At work on a mobile device i can connect to a router in 1 room and appear in london, walk into the next room and be in france based on ip address , so its not exactly a great source of information for a casino, but its only 1 method used by casinos to catch those that try to abuse welcome bonuses etc.

I suggest you just stop doing it, period. May be playing from the sister's home is ok, but logging in from your friends' houses is no good. Can you guarantee none of them plays in the same casino? Nor will they allow playing to another friend of theirs? Ever? Any time in the future? Coincidentally, on the day you hit a $50,000 jackpot?

Informing the casino may have a protective effect, may have an adverse effect (they would just close your acct just in case), or no effect. It is just anybody's guess.

Most casinos have a term like "identity of a user will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/charge card number, computer", but I have not seen any casino which further stipulated an exception like "unless the player notified us he plays from his buddy's home on Fridays if there is a football game that day". And believe me, the higher your win, the likelier they are to apply it against you.

The other risk is of course that apart from your own home, you don't really know or have control of what happens in the other 2 places, and this could result in some identifiers "connecting" your account with some others. If these others are up to something, then you will be considered to be involved also. It has happened to others in the past, and although they can often clear things up, in some cases the players have not been able to prove to the casino that they are indeed an innocent "in the wrong place, at the wrong time, and on the wrong IP address", and have had to suffer the confiscation of a withdrawal as a consequence.

Of course, they may have friends and relatives over who do, so it's not completely safe even if you are 100% certain your sister & mate don't gamble.

Of course, other than the IP changes, there will only be a problem if your account gets used at the same IP as another account on a regular basis.

If you have told them in advance, and they are OK with it, they lose a whole raft of common excuses for non payment should a problem arise. False positives are not unknown, so the fewer flags you trip the better. Casinos don't know anything for sure, they look at indicators that suggest something isn't right with an account, and "proof" can just be a matter of enough flags having been triggered, rather than any concrete evidence of wrongdoing.

If you only mention that you play at your sister's and down your mate's house AFTER they have found a problem with your account, they could simply assume you are making up an excuse to cover up what you are up to so that you get paid.
