Ok this is a strange one. I regularly get emails from hundreds of casinos wanting me to sign up and I enjoy the challenge of wagering through so decided to take an offer from Mybet. 500% bonus up to £50. Ideal for me deposit £10 and see how it goes. On trying to register I have problems and a pop up comes saying do you need help or something like that so I go to live chat and explain. He says ah you are from the UK, we don’t have a UK licence for the sports book, only for the casino. I explain it’s the casino I am interested in. He says ok clear cache and cookies and try again please. I do this and register no problem. This was on Monday evening. I lose my initial £10 so I am playing with £50 bonus money and hit a few bonuses and finish the night on about £270. Play again Tuesday get to £420. Then again Wednesday and I am around £250 when my account is blocked. I contact live chat and he says I sent you an email asking you to verify your account and we also want to know why you registered as living in the United Arab Emirates. I explained as far as I was aware I hadn’t done so (why would I do that). I am 99% certain I didn’t anyway but I used the alphabetical scroll down and that’s the only way it could of happened. I also remembered the original operators name and time of chat which he located. He then says I was told wrongly by that operator and they don’t accept UK players and that he will look into it and email me the outcome. Yesterday I received it and it said because I had registered as residing in the UAE that my winnings had been confiscated and my £10 returned. I am not well educated with terms and conditions and all the regalia that goes with it but I know some of you guys are. Sorry it’s a bit long winded but I need you to know all the details. Any thoughts would be much appreciated thanks.
