Ace Partners: Commissions accepted but payment keeps being delayed

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some advice regarding Ace Partners.
I generated traffic for them in July and my commissions (around €4,000) are already marked as Accepted. Normally, this status means the advertiser has validated the traffic and the network has been paid.

However, the payout keeps being delayed. Since August 7th, I’ve been told about “security verification,” but the deadline has been pushed back week after week.

I have already provided all the required documents and proof of promotion (Google Analytics, social posts, screenshots, etc.), yet the payment still hasn’t been processed.

I’m not here to accuse anyone, just to understand:
  • Has anyone else experienced similar delays with Ace Partners?
  • Are such long verification periods common with them?
  • For those who worked with them before, did you eventually get paid after your first month?
Thanks in advance 🙏

I was going to advise you to take this up at Aff Guard Dog but I see you already have. They are better equipped to deal with this than we are here as they specialize in this kind of issue.

They promote unlicensed sites, to markets where they shouldn't with some casinos having awful reviews and reputations.

Their terms also state they verify for an extended period your first month's earnings, so you get a delay until things tick over properly.

If they promote scammy sites then expect scammy treatment. They'll happily mess players around, so it stands to reason they'll do the same to their partners.

Thanks for your reply.

To be honest, I only started in the affiliate space recently and I didn’t really do much research on my partners before jumping in. That’s on me, I guess.

I appreciate the advice and I’ll definitely pay more attention to who I work with moving forward. Hopefully this will also help other new affiliates avoid the same mistake.

update: another deadline passed, after the money supposedly not received by the brand now it is the verification service which still has to check, I should have had an answer today for the payment which is obviously too complicated to respect these words....
