Bonus Complaint Accredited casinos "doing Rogue-ish things"? Or just:"leveraging RTG functionality"?

Oh the wonders of RTG functionality. I believe there was a time that RTG-based casinos simply were not accredited here on CasinoMeister. At least, most casino providers using RTG software were unaccredited. Today we have an evolved state of casino utopia, why, many of those accredited at Casinomeister.com are in fact RTG! Next, world peace.

We all know rogue casinos have used RTG functionality to do some pretty rogue-ish things. Shop around and play at a few of the rogue's listed here at CasinoMeister. My own experience with rogue list refuse was with VIPLounge, now RubySlots. It is a strange thing what RTG software can do when it comes to displaying your balance. At this particular venue, a welcome bonus was applied, and soon after, the only balance viewable in the Cashier's window was a withdrawable balance. YeeHaw right? Wrong. There was nothing withdrawable about that balance, and in fact, playthrough had not yet been met...

Now some of you might say "What is this?! Casino players unite! We must take a stand!" Others: "Dude, it was a rogue casino, whaddya expect?!" I agree with the latter. Tempered with expectation, one expects the unexpected at a rogue casino. So let us paraphrase, then expound upon these ideas:

1) RTG is the complete package. We know from this site that rogue and RTG were synonomous. That has changed much, apparently, because of the selection of RTG providers, not necessarily the software. Therefore,

2) Rogue-ish casino tricks and/or shady game play is a matter of choice for RTG-based casino providers.

This is why the rogue and accredited lists are relevant, especially with RTG casinos, and is why I play at accredited casinos only. I don't expect to get "rogued on" at an accredited casino. I expect that they will take my money for the gameplay, I enjoy the entertainment value, too. At the same time, for those all too rare occasions when the game blows up and leaves a balance worthy of withdrawal (over $1000 pretty much not much cashing out going on here!)

Sadly the ideal scenario of "accredited casino >> please take my money >> just pay me out if I win" totally failed at the accredited casino I play, and under the most suspiscious circumstances.

WARNING WARNING WARNING *** PUBLIC SERVICE MSG ****** WARNING WARNING WARNING

Players on bonus at ACCREDITED casinos can not expect that balance information will be shown in Cashier window. Like my experience with rogue casinos, you may only see 'Withdrawable Balance" and think you've met playthrough; BUT LOOK OUT!!!!

Take regular screenshots of your bonus play, including every visit to the cashier. If you no longer see "Playthrough Remaining" box, know that I was tricked in this way, and you may still have playthrough remaining. "Withdrawable Balance" box and "Comp Points" boxes were only ones shown in Cashier window, and I had not yet made playthrough. "Not possible", you say? "Well you would be wrong", I say based on my experience at a rogue casino in the past. It is possible.

What really gets me is that the "Playthrough Remaining" box DID show up initially at both the rogue back then, and the accredited this last week. The last I saw of it in the recent case, I had $1900 in playthrough remaining, and a playable balance of $2500 or so, betting $5 per spin. I dont remember what the "Withdrawable Balance" box showed. Probably $0 I'm thinking. Next time I check cashier's window, after playing for some time and was hovering spin after spin and had the playable balance down to around $1600, the Playthrough Remaining box was GONE!!!! Yipee?!!! YIP-NOT!!!

Again, based on my experience with rogue in the past, comparing the "Withdrawable Balance" in Cashiers with the balance in the slot game would have shown the disparity. If these figures do NOT match, you have not met playthrough, even though every damn indicator suggests you have, which is what really pisses me off. My trust in accredited has been shattered by this RTG trick. Accredited casinos ALWAYS have shown Playthrough Remaining in Cashiers if it exists. Complete balance information is what I have come to expect there in fact. I have been let down.

And guess what the player logs will show? Bets over the $6.50 limit with playthrough remaining. END OF STORY. SYSTEM voids the $3500 payout due to player error! Player is bad man, trying to get one over on the casino! Casino so good! Here, we REFUNDED your measly deposit WITH the bonus attached! You are welcome, Rogue Player! Never do this again, and please deposit as soon as you can!

I am the screw up. How do I show that one moment a info box shows playthrough remaining, as expected, the next it does not. Screenshots. I say this for you, fellow RTGer of the accredited. Bonus or otherwise.

There is no unvoiding the system void I hear.

You wish to know the casino which put the smack down on my trip uptown? I will say only this for now: If they are RTG, they have options galore. If they are accredited, they have already made the grade. I guess some just believe they can fudge here or there on the solid reputation that being accredited suggests. You have been warned.

Forget about it

This thread is a warning for those that play accredited-only RTG, and no more. Take it or leave it. If you wish for all the details, mounds of evidence in hard copy, ie whatever, you won't be getting them okay? Just look at this as a kind gesture to casinomeister members that don't include you.

I have much respect for Casinomeister.com accredited list, and its integrity. The abuse has been called out (I'm not the first), and I chose to do so in the form of a heads up to other players so it doesn't happen to them. Take it or leave it.

I remember seeing this at WinPalace the one time I played there. I've never seen this happen at any accredited RTG though.

Name names.

If you have a problem with an accredited casino here there are channels you are supposed to follow.

Did you try to contact the rep?

What you have posted here in this thread so far will have no impact on players here. One of the purposes of this forum is to help players and casino operators solve problems.

A shot fired at no one in the darkness is rather pointless.

Sorry, my attention span just isn't that long.

How about a short, concise version of what exactly the problem is and what attempts you've made to solve it?

Shots fired!

My apologies, I can not name names at this time. I have contacted casino support, repeatedly, the rep here has not gotten back to me, and the RTG complaint site that is suggested next does not list this casino in its choices, so its on to PAB.

Support informed me that 3 of their crack team looked at the logs which show bets over the 6.50 limit in violation of bla bla blah. And you know what? I believe they are right! I'm almost positive that withholding the Playthrough Balance information in Cashiers was the vehicle by which this was accomplished, as that box being missing was my cue to unleash fury on that damn slot game... which I did to the tune of $3500 virtual dollars. Thats when the thuggish, rogue-ish, then boned went down.

As far as names go, I cannot do that at this time as I wish to maintain the integrity of the PAB process for now. I have little hope that the PAB will yield any kiind of pay out, as my case is like the other two blokes from this site with eerily similar complaints, but from the other casino in the same group as my own. Remember, like the other two cases, I will be the one at fault according to the player logs, if released; never mind the ten times I checked Cashier for playthrough information, and, seeing it, kept to the terms. Dammit! Playthrough remaining playthrough remaining screenshots, balance compare, I don't think we can cover all our bases ever with all the options RTG must have!!!!! Thats a joke people. There is a solution - I will stay away from the bonus for now I guess. I just can't believe the depths these people are rising to (yea, rising) when they do this stuff....

Oh well o n to PAB.

Any other RTG options/tricks we should know about?

For your future information, if you go to any RTG casino website and click the CDS logo on the footer, the complaint form thingie will automatically populate with the correct casino name - just going to the CDS site and trying to find the casino name doesn't. We discovered this accidentally when complaining about how the CDS website sucks.

However, if you're doing a PAB now then you should wait and see what the verdict is. You can always try CDS later.

Just shady business thats all

Submitting PAB now. sorry Nifty, didn't read your post at first. Then when I did, shockinigly it was just the same as your posts in all the other complaints. Realizing why I skipped it in the first place, I moved on. Sorry.

For the rest, it is better I shoild have not posted anything until PAB process was complete. This whole thing has just caught me off gaurd, as I was diligently watching playthrough remaining info until I no longer saw it in cashier. My point was to issue WARNING that players can not count on playthrough information being available in an RTG Cashier window whether playing at accredited casino or otherwise.

Experienced players probably know this already, but the newer players may not. That is: to verify playthrough has been made, check that the "Withdrawable Balance" in Cashiers is the same as the balance shown in the slot game you are playing. If they match, the player has made playthrough, correct? Probably want to go to support as well, just to be sure.

Thats it. Sorry bout the ramble of the first post. $3500 jack move to get off the ol' chest you understand. Thanks for allowing me the privelege.

Very cool, I will do that. Thank you very much for the info.

Oh OK.

So you said earlier you checked and had $1900 WR left, and then next time you checked you had NO WR....and you just accepted that? I mean, you would have SOME idea if you were close or not.

I would like to hear the casino version, so we can know what REALLY happened.

As for your personal comments....you're not worth responding.

If you hadn't carried on like a 10yo, then maybe you would have got more positive feedback.

Sorry but sometimes threads like this just make me want to do this :axeman:.

OP did you break the £6.50 rule? Yes ??? If so !!!!

LMAO

So, to summarize, to précis your initial post, you are bemoaning the fact that RTG software generally whether played at an accredited site or not, fails to record 'live' your WR playthrough remaining? You have to use measures like closing the game and opening the cashier which doesn't display the info. accurately as regards the 'cash-withdrawable' balance?
Therefore thinking you had met WR when you in fact hadn't resulted in you exceeding $6.50 a spin and thus voiding bonus?

Did you e-mail CS/live chat them? Did you take a check on how many spins you'd had therefore working out how much WR you had made BEFORE playing on >6.50? Now I know a player shouldn't have to do this and there should be an accurate and real-time tally of this kept on any site or software. If I had won a decent amount though I would have been very careful to check first.

I personally detest RTG software, but did once have an account at iNetbet (not to be confused with another certain non-RTG site that have piggy-backed their name and dropped the first letter BTW) and I remember the little cashier box was quite good. It was set up to record what bonus code you had used, and therefore you knew how much WR was left when you opened it. Simple really. Now I'm pretty sure that if you are at an accredited RTG that you would have had similar facilities.

This is one of 3 things: 1.You failed to check remaining WR and before breaking the 6.50 term and have yourself to blame. 2. You did check and then broke the term despite checking. 3. You checked and somehow their cashier was wrong, and gave you false info. which was your basis for breaking the term and now having lost the 3500 you want redress. If you can prove it's the latter, then good luck. Otherwise I have a feeling this is down the pan.
