Account verification issue.

Refer to the casino online verification , term&conditions always need a proof of ID ,
In order to verify the account,must submit copies of the following personal documents:
Copy of a personal identification document (ID, driver’s license, or passport)

In Australia , NSW Goverment allowed to use a NSW photo card as a personal identification card same as driver's license.

In my cast, I have account verification issue at MuchoVegas casino,
The casino don't accept my NSW photo card as a proof of ID ,
I don't have Australia passport or diver lincense yet so I can not get my account verify and won't be able to processed any further business.

So I just wondering if anyone have same sort of issue like what I got at Mucho Vegas casino?? I don't know what should I do as I don't very good at writing complaint , so if anyone have any experience or any advice for that , I would like everyone sharing together please

There is already another thread with the same issue.

Unfortunately it seems that you are required to get a proper national photo ID or a passport.
Hopefully this helps even though the answer is most likely not to your satisfaction.
