A year with ikibu...

Evening all.
Been playing at ikibu over a year now, and I must be honest and say the service I’ve had and experience has been almost perfect. The games run like clockwork (not that I ever win) the layout is easily accessible as is the menu’s.
The thing that keeps me coming back however to play there is the live chat reps... ‘jefe’ goes above and beyond to help, he talks to you like a human and will do anything he can if it’s possible to make the players experience better.
You also have ‘vikki’ ‘chief ikki’ and ‘mamosita’... all are fantastic.
Even if chat has been offline and I’ve emailed, I get a response not long after to pop on chat, it’s almost instant.
Also rafielito whom is now gone from here was most helpful.
Bearing in mind I never win here, the service and how they conduct themselves to me has been second to none.
So a Thankyou to ikibu and it’s staff and management.

I had never heard of them. it says they are owned by MT SecureTrade which is a group I've heard named a lot and if I'm not wrong they own quite a few sites. so I assume the management team/casino rep is shared amongst all of these sites? or are they all actually 'separate' operations?

Playfords back. Seem to recall you raising money for charity the last time you were on including a few members here including Rock n rolla,pledging more How much was raised in the end and what charity benefitted?

Iam yes.
And no I didn’t raise a penny for any charity, it was my own cash id won and was going to donate.
Sadly personal circumstances stopped me doing so which I informed Bryan about personally, ask him if you feel the need.
The pledge I offered still stands and be will be met fully and honoured within two weeks, which I’ve also informed Bryan of.

Long restricted list and slow payouts. Non at weekends anymore. had to wait 3 and half days to get one accepted last time. Otherwise a solid site

Ikibu Casino happens to be the only site where I cashed out huge on a $50 with a deposit bonus that wasn't a welcome bonus which would have sucked! I posted a few pictures from this site, but on that session, I hit on Fat Rabbit $721 on 50 cents, and on Red Tiger gaming - Midas Gold, I hit for $259+ on a 40 cent bet. I eventually cashed out $1257 back in June of this year!

Cashouts are slow as they take at least 24 hours and also they do have a max cashout of 5K on deposit bonuses ( Since I am from Canada ) which could be an issue for high rollers. The main reason I don't play here is because of the slow payouts and no weekend payouts. Also the loyalty program gives very little back. Other than that, the games are fine.
