I have a question for you. How come you auto-opt in people for promotional newsletters, sms, direct mail or any other communication channel without the players consent during registration?

To my understanding, this is not allowed with the new GDPR rules.

You always come with some odd news :eek2:
Are you saying that if I sign up at a casino then I have to tell them if I want any offers or not through email, or is that rule just when it comes to newsletters?

...and Welcome to CM Jelena no2:thumbsup:

Good Afternoon and thank you for the message. We are aware of the issue and we are working on improvements that will allow customers to set their marketing communication settings at registration and to view and update them in their account profile :)

Will you opt-out all customers that has been forced to opt-in on registration accordingly with the GDPR rules?

Just noticed this thread and seeing as I joined mr green the other day to try somewhere new to play, I had a question I wanted to ask. :)

A little while back in the last few months - i dont recall exactly - a few sites I use removed deposit fee's. (I seem to recall, though possibly incorrectly, that it was a new thing that fee's couldn't be taken from someone depositing or something to that effect). I deposited a couple of times over the last day or so at mr green - and had my balance reduced by a deposit fee both times. Ok, it wasn't by too much but still a 'few spins worth' to me. :)

So , my question is.. is there some reason for this? How come mr green are still taking a fee when depositing? I'm guessing it maybe because i deposit by paysafe sometimes? - but no one else charges me a fee for using that (at least not anymore).

I don´t have any deposit fee´s, only depositing through Trustly tho. dunno about card.

yeah i think it maybe due to me using paysafe for depositing.. i didnt use paysafe much in the past, but because trustly was the usual withdrawal option when depositing at some places by paysafe, I used paysafe because once a withdrawal was processed I would get it very quickly in my bank. :)

But even if so - no one else takes a deposit fee from me when depositing by paysafe. (at least not in recent months), so am curious why mr green does.

Welcome to the forum.
I hope you’re used to random questions and also don’t take things to heart too easily as we are a ‘high maintenance’ bunch lol

I love mr green for its battles! One of the few sites where I’ve actually won one or two.
We love cm exclusive member battles....hint hint lol x

Good afternoon and thank you for your question. Every player has chance to opt out straight away after the registration .Please be assured we are woking on it very actively and very soon the system will be updated accordingly.

Good afternoon :) and thanks a lot for your comment. Paysafe is the only payment method which has a fee of €1,95 upon deposit, which is mentioned on the depositing window at Mr Green (as well as in General T&Cs) when player chooses Paysafe card as his payment method, please. All the other payment methods are absolutely FREE to use :) Wishing you a great day :)

You may have removed deposit fees but it looks like you have introduced withdrawal fees to replace them.1% of the withdrawal amount or £10 for amounts of £1000 or more. Not sure how many other casinos on the accredited list have any withdrawal fees at all but I would hazard a guess at not many.
