Hey guys, I'm the new representative of Mr Green in here. :D

I'm quite looking forward to being part of a community, I used to love forums when I was a teenager. (if anyone from Eastern Europe sees this: remember how cool it was to be on those old C.S 1.6 forums?
I'll try and help you all as much as possible when needed, hopefully you don't have issues with our brand and I can just chill in here together with you all.

Cheers and have a nice day/evening/night ahead!

Valentin

Welcome!

You're one of my go-to casinos, but big criticism - as part of the biggest gambling company in the universe, how can running Play & Go at 91% RTP be justified?

Book of Dead:
The average RTP is 91.25%. RTP is achieved through participation.
The last month RTP is 94.35%.
The RTP of this game during the last six months has been: 94.94%.
- Does suggest it's running at 94% rather than 91%, which is odd in itself.

(Also, if you could add something other than P&G games to your Bonus Drop, that'd be great.)

Welcome to the forum Mr. Green. Actually I do have kind of a problem with your casino. Whenever I take free spins the bonuses are kind of stuck in my account.

So everytime I take a bonus or a free spins I have to contact support so they can reset the bonuses in my account.

The last time I remember I won 1.82€ from free spins and imagine, the wagering I had was x 1500 😞

Must be a recent change, they were on 94. Just more greed by the looks of it.

Yep same here doesnt matter if you clear the balance its still there if you deposit or get another drop
Dont know how many times i spoke to support asking them to clear the bonus
But givin up on it now and play elsewere as they dont seem to be bothered fixing it
Been like that for years

Hmmm, seems that "looking forward to being part of a community" bit lasted for all of four days and they haven't been back since. No surprise given that William Hill / 888 now owns them. See here and here.

The time I had an account with these, they locked it, went dark for weeks, then said we’ll just withdraw your balance for you. Maybe they’re big into Irish goodbyes?
