Hello all.

First post so i hope im posting this in the right section.

I am fairly new to the whole online casino thing. I have tried a few out and made a few deposits. ( 32Red and casino extreme) haven't had much success as yet :p I have checked this websites great accredited list but i would like some personal opinions on where you would play and feel comfortable depositing. I don't really like taking bonuses.

I would just like to know where some of you play. I quite enjoy MG and RTG ( i have heard so many bad things about these casino's though)

I have my neteller extended account? (is this sufficient for all casino's?)

Think that is all for now..

P.S Any Other Austalians on here? how have u faired with online casino's?

Thanks in advance for any opinions :)

Welcome to the forum!

As well as being a webmaster, I am also a casino player (daily!) and I would have no hesitation in depositing at ANY casino on CM's accredited list - they are all safe.
But CM doesn't list ALL the reputable casinos, and there are loads more I trust to be safe; all the ones I list on my own websites for starters, plus any on the websites of other responsible webmasters on this forum, such as Simmo, RobWin, BingoT, Dominique, Bonustreak, Webzcas, etc...
There ARE rogues out there, but thankfully they are in the minority - stick to the recommendations above and you are very unlikely to have any problems.

Neteller is accepted at 95%+ of casinos - it's what I mostly use myself!
IMO it's the fastest and cheapest way to deposit & withdraw from casinos.

Welcome to the forum :) I don't like to take bonuses either, since I am a table game player, and table games and bonuses generally don't mix.
I play at Inetbet Casino. Based on the ability to opt out of the bonuses, and CM accreditation, I can also recomend Jackpot Capital, although there are fewer games than at Inetbet. I used to play at Rushmore Casino, but stopped when they repeatedly paid me, and others, late. I haven't seen any posts here lately about that though, and it is still acredited, so, it might be safe to go back in the water.

Intercasino are top-notch!
However, I have heard that their slots have lower payouts than most other softwares - rumored to be around 92% I believe. That would also be the same for RTG casinos if they have their slots on the lowest RTP setting.

The average returns for Microgaming and WagerWorks slots are about 95% (though I don't think you can play WagerWorks from Australia), and Rival slots are around 96%.
I don't have figures for any other softwares, but I do have lots of other useful information about 100s of slots on SlotBeaters.com which might help you decided which games to try.

Good luck!

Awsome!

Thanks a ton guys you have been a great help :) loving this website, there is so much to read :p

I know im being a small pain in the you know what but just a few more questions i have.

Do people actually take notice of the jackpot meter ( say in 32red casino ) when its estimated to go off again?

Also to win those jackpots its usually max bet? does this mean max bet on any value e.g 0.01, 0.05, $1.00 $5.00 or $20 just curious.

What kind of jackpots to most of you players prefer?

Also Could someone explain to me what High variance and low Variance means?

Thanks again for all the information you guys have given me :) i will be depositing at a casino again shortly8 Hopefully i will have some screen shots to show :p

My personal answers:-

No - I never look at that at all, ever.
I think it's just a gimmick and it 100% definitely does not mean you have more chance of winning the jackpot when it's high.

Also to win those jackpots its usually max bet? does this mean max bet on any value e.g 0.01, 0.05, $1.00 $5.00 or $20 just curious.
No, I don't think the bet size has anything to do with it.

What kind of jackpots to most of you players prefer?
Small ones - easier to hit! ;)

Also Could someone explain to me what High variance and low Variance means?
Very basically:-
High Variance = Wins are not very frequent but the wins are quite big.
Low Variance = You get loads of wins, but they are mostly quite small.

I hope that helps.

Funny thing is I can deposit 20 or 30 dollars in the few RTG casinos I play at and play for hours. Usually I'm still playing on that deposit the next day. 99% of my Microgaming deposits last about 20 or 30 minutes and I can't get 5 dollars over my starting balance.
