A bit of advice please

Hi guys , first post here apart from my intro ,
just looking on guidance as to a possible outcome of an issue I might have
so , last night I was looking for a new slot site to play for a change from my usual two, I came across Winning room and signed up easy , popped in a few deposits as it was a bit tough going getting a win £230 in but did manage £100 out , not great ut thats slots for u and better than nothing
so today I went on to check the site further but couldn't log in , long story short after live chat my account is closed due to responsible gambling issues with a partner site , they have passed details of deposit and withdrawal to the department that deals with it
so question any idea what the outcome may be will I see any money back ?
I'm disappointed as the site was decent but I'm annoyed they allowed me to deposit
hope someone can help ps not at the point of officially complaining as they have yet to get back to me

Casino is licensed in Malta, seems closely associated with Mr Green. Assuming you haven't violated Terms and there are no previous self-exclusion issues my guess is you should be ok. If there are Terms violations though -- ANY violations -- then you may find they're none too cooperative. YMMV.

FWIW my comments are based on my work with player complaints in general and some years dealing with Mr Green in particular. I have to say that lately they've been a lot less cooperative than they used to be.
