40-Payline.. I noticed it in an email I recieved.. I wonder how long it will take before a slot comes out that pays for all symbols scattered..

Other than that, I always like new games.. so I'll be looking for them soon..

Yup - just tried it. Bit like that Chicken one...can't say it appeals as all the wins are really low. At one stage, bet $4, got 5 of a kind with WILD and it paid a whopping $5!!!

I've been playing the slots all morning... Here is my analysis so far:

Dolphin Tale sucks your money out of you quicker than air out of a flat tire. It was horrible!!! I went 200 spins at $2.00 / spin and ended up losing $150 in record time. I set it to autoplay and to stop on a $10 win. It did NOT stop one time and I got NO free spins either :( I'll never play THAT slot again.

Age of Discovery - I really like this one. I have been playing more and more those slots with free spins and I know Age of Discovery does NOT have this... However, the wilds come around quite often, the scatters the same, and I hit 2 bonus rounds in 200 spins. Net result = +$110. And the bonus rounds were fun also with a pick till you bust type game.

I am starting out right now on Witch Dr. (which has been out already at other casinos for a month - one casino, actually) and I'll see how that one plays and come back.

Just look under new games and they are there complete with screen shots and information.

The 40-payline one was rough. I only won something on less than half the spins and it was usually not enough to cover my bet.

The Squirrel one was ok because I won $60 on a 40 cent spin.

Didn't hit a single bonus round on any of them.

The new video poker game is set at 98.49%, so that is useless.

Witch Dr. - Overall I like the slot. I played (so far) a little over 200 spins. I started with $205, got the free spins (where I won $63), got 2 minor wins ($27 & $48). I bet $2.00 per spin which was plenty for me :)

At first I wasn't impressed, but as time went on - I noticed that the Wild dude kept showing up and helping me out. I didn't get the 3 chickens until about spin 170 (which I wasn't very impressed with) and during those spins the Wild Man showed up only 1 time, making it seem that he is purposely downgraded during the free spins. I actually thougt (around spin 12) that he didn't exist in free spins mode.

Anyway - Currently I have $215 in my account ($9.00) higher after 213 spins.
***Edit*** I am liking Witch Dr. even more :) End of 300 spins, up $93. ****

All in all - decent game and you have time to wait for the big wins (it seems).

I LOVE the dolphin tale free spin feature. It's kinda like Loaded, only you get 5 choices......I think they were 25 spins, 20, 15, 10 or 5. Each one had a range of 3 multiples and one is randomly assigned to you when you choose your free spins. Obviously the more spins you choose, the lower the 3 multiples choices. The first time I took 5 free spins and got a 25X multiple. The 2nd time I chose 15 free spins and got a 8X multiple. I have a feeling it's going to keep me addicted just so I can figure out the one that consistently pays best:rolleyes:

I find the jackpot descriptions meaningless and very deceptive. They are dependant on you are betting max-lines and max coin. But some slots you can play at 20 coins and other only at 5. So the size of this jackpot really says nothing and very very few people will play these at maximum bet anyway.(and not for long....)

Besides being deceptive the jackpot size are also plain wrong. If you hit 5 wilds there will be some extra line that will give small wins. So instead of 200.000$ it is probably 205.000$. They could even claim the jackpot was several million $. You could hit 5 scatters during the free spins EVERY spin. Actually with retriggers the maximum win is unbound! You can win a googol-zillion $. WHOOOAAA(Vortan sample)!

Here is what MG should do:
1.) They can inform what 5 wild pays and say it pay 10000* line bet etc.
2.) If the scatters pay a lot (500*bet size) this could be higher than 1.) and
they can write that it pays 500*bet size. If they want to have impressive numbers as 100.000$ they should also write that you have to play this slot at 200$/spin for win this jackpot.

I also think MG should make some progressive 5-reel slots that are played at 1$ total bet or even much less (0.20$ etc). And the jackpots should not be shared amoung all MG casinos but instead be specific for each casino. The jackpots can probably be a few thousand $ then. They should not be won by 'rapid fire' but you should actually hit something. (5 wilds or maybe something in bonus game).

Thanks for the reviews and info everyone. I'm dying to try them, but it will have to wait for a bit. The Witch Doctor one sounds cool.

I have just posted my reviews of them at my site. I went into a little bit of detail with Dolphin Tale because, as the first 40-payline slot that I am aware of, I felt it warranted it. By multiplying the number of free spins by the multiplier for each choice, the statistically best choices for the free spins feature (assuming the paytable and reel strips are the same regardless of what you select) are as follows:

3 scatters: 5 at 10x, 10 at 5x, and 25 at 2x
4 scatters: 15 at 6x
5 scatters: 20 at 7x

Here are the links to my reviews:

And, as soflat pointed out, the single-hand Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) has a 98.4928% payout assuming perfect play. Microgaming's paytable is the same one used by iNetBet and Atlantic Lounge (and probably other RTGs that I haven't fully analyzed yet).

Disregard what I wrote in my previous post about "the best choices" because I didn't realize that the multiplier was random - I thought it was determined by how many scatters triggered the feature. The best choice is to always choose 20 spins, assuming that each multiplier has an equal probability of being selected.
