50 hours Verification Mr. Green

They had all documents 5 minutes after request. I needed them for other verifications before. Then no reply for 120 hours.

There should be a warning for that!

And Casinomeister said he finds the reps answer good.. Thats what i really critizise...

I agree that they are really slow. I was in talking to support several of times and every time they were sending and email to those who handle the cashouts. It must be a huge place since they deal with eachother through emails only :rolleyes:

I also thanked the reps post since I agree it was a good response. It was an advice. Noone can do anything now since you reversed and lost your cashout. Use the timeout function the next time, or make sure you are verified before you play.

If have no idea why most of you accept these absolutely unethical behaviour by Casinos and make the players responsible.
It's unacceptable how they act and you keep defending them.

1 week verifications are not acceptable at all.
Reverse time 24h plus is not acceptable at all.
No lock function is unacceptable.

You must have missed reading what I said:eek2:

No gambler like the revers time.
We love the lock function.
No, one week is not acceptable and I closed my own account for that very reason.

It's not ok, but in the end you are responsible, and if you can't handle it then use those tools there are to help you to not revers again.
 
@argentus most of us don't accept this behaviour. Some people are more pro casino than others but this is fine.... everyone is entitled to an opinion. Your personal experience is fair from unique and is straight out of the casinos "oldest tricks in the book" manual. The problem is so endemic that it will only ever be resolved by the regulator.
 
Don't know how long you've been playing there but I always find it a remarkable coincidence how you can deposit and play for months without an issue but the second you make a decent withdrawal your account needs verification.Surely the casinos should be verifying accounts before you make your 1st deposit as if there is a problem
they have removed it at source not locked the door after the horse has bolted.
 
They should... is there not something in the licence that says they’ve to suspend/close all non verified accounts in 72hrs?

Re Mr G. Their verification was a pain for me. They kept rejecting my card but not giving me a reason. In the end it was because they said I’d to cover the back as well as you could see the outline of the front numbers from the back so if you used a card make sure you did that or it’ll be another week before they tell you.

If it takes a long time (24-48 hours?) for the casino to process the withdrawal and send it to my account, or to verify, then i just close the account after ive received the money. :rolleyes: Its their loss.
Also if support is bad. :p

I share what you have written because it involves unjustifiable or incorrect behavior by the casino,
but what I regret most is that these casinos are on the list of accredited casinos.
Honestly it's unacceptable.

@Casinomeister I am sure your affiliate earnings are good with mr. Green, but i am also sure that you need to update the Mr. Green review about reverse time and speed of withdrawl. Do you really think @mrgreen s answer was a good one?

If it is taking 120 hours to review your ID docs, maybe there is a reason for that. If you are here to complain about the length of time it's taking - well fine - but it is an anomaly. Making digs at me or the CM brand here won't do you any favors.

and never went back, they must have decided the increase in profits was worth the loss of players.
We players are only human, some are able to never consider reversing but a lot ,me included,slip
now and then and stupid as it is blow the hard earned winnings.
Really is beyond me why the UKGC dont ban reversals(yes I have said it many times).
It is the most predatory option and only there for one reason, casino profit.
UKGC,s answer to player protection is autoplay loss limits and causing the casinos to demand sensitive financial
info from players but the one thing that could do more to help players than everything else is ignored.

They were merely fattening the goose ready for takeover in the future. It worked.

I honestly believe the UKGC WILL eventually call time on pending periods, or at least make a 'lock' option compulsory. The counter argument is that casinos may state the player can use the TAB facility but really that is unsatisfactory for both player and casino, plus some casinos still don't have instant automated TAB and others (as we saw with your mates mentioned above) choose to obstruct it anyway as was witnessed during Easter 2016; that was the last time I ever played there.

Its 188 hours now. Livechat doesnt work anymore on Mr. Green. I never got any reply else than they are very busy in the verification department.

I play there for more than 2 years. Deposited thousands over thousands of euros and my withrawl (that i reversed after 70 hours+) was just a small percentage of what i lost a lifetime there.

I am pretty excited when i will hear about my verification.

I mean.. Super loyal Player, lots of Deposits... Not even an answer or an excuse, some extra Bonus... Nothing.

Just silence for over 180 hours and questions concerning gambling issues because i reversed after 70 hours.

Sick.
 
I used to LOVE this casino. Was my number once place to play when 32RED brought the 24Hour thing in :(. I had a couple of little 'glitches' on withdrawals over the years, but they were always sorted out sooner or later (with help from here sometimes) then a little while ago, I made two withdrawals. I can't remember the exact amounts, but one was for say £150 - and then the other for a lot more. Four figures. The little one went through fine, the other one, when I chased it up - I suddenly needed to provide further information, KYC, etc etc etc - despite depositing and withdrawing from exactly the same source, in exactly the same way for years. I'm sure if I jumped through the hoops, I would've got there eventually - but I just couldn't be bothered. It's a shame, because they were really good. I loved the simple layout and most importantly the choice variety of games. Locked my account, moved to SKY Vegas and never looked back. Hit withdrawal and it's gone, in your bank shortly afterwards. No reversal nonsense etc, I wouldn't play anywhere nowadays that did that; there's no excuse.

From my understanding the matter has now been dealt with via our support.

It's called deflection. And unfortunate that while the OP is responsible for his actions. Mr. Green as a casino are responsible for theirs! 70 hours and counting? Dose the casino make players aware of being able to put the account on " time out". I'm sure the OP was on chat a few times! Not an acceptable answer either, even though it did sound good.
 
I stopped playing there around 18 months ago. I was waiting two days for a withdrawal (verified account) Eventually contacted CS and was told because of the nice weather everyone is playing and we are really busy? I sent a polite email that evening asking to have my account closed.

They used to be amazing but not anymore
