Yes you read it right, live chat just told me it's standard withdrawal time now. Is this the worse accredited casino on this site?

My withdrawal is a whole £19.......

Just a heads up incase anyone was to deposit at this casino. Go elsewhere

Been waiting for my "free raise" since Thurs/Fri myself (Basically from the last but one set of 20 FS)

Messaged Phil (who is normally shit hot) but not been online for a week, mega busy, hols who knows lol?

I know they were/are in the process of changing payment processing providers but they have slowed right down from time gone by.

Such potential for this casino to become one of the greats, alas......

If that's the case can you PM me a copy? 5 days is unacceptable and I'll boot the tardy sods from my sites. Used to be very quick once.

Yep, my mum started to play some slots recently and made a withdrawal a few weeks back on there....Monday night yet come Thursday evening it was still processing (even the really slow 48 hour download casinos will usually process by that time period) so she made an account on here and messaged I think Phil, he replied within a few hours and got the withdrawal processed.

I am not sure if its a payments issue or provider, I used to play on them before they were DrVegas (I think they had a different name a few years ago?) and they were very quick then, obviously if Phil can sort it out instantly I think it might either be issues with new systems or they are doing it purposely and hoping people reverse, I hope its not that and given my own experiences and others I dont think it is that. I have seen various complaints though dating 6 months or so.

Quicksilver (dot) co.uk Prior to rebrand

Played heavily there (regularity not amounts) and was always 2 days around 3pm to UK debit cards.

Yes, I think CS has used the outside number of the casino standard '2-5 days to reach your bank account' spiel. I will keep an eye on this. Thanks Nutnut

Ah yes that was it, I self excluded about the same time they changed to DrVegas, wasnt really a fan of the slot selection there but it seems better now.

I am sure Phil will pop in at some point, when I set my mums account up on here he hadnt been on for a week either then but managed to get online the same day she sent the message.

They need to sort this out though, last year there was a 10 page thread on here about them taking a while to pay out and alot of people seemed to agree on the issue, if its still not resolved (which I realised when I had to sort my mums withdrawal out) then they need to get onto it, if you check the DrVegas page on here you will see that there withdrawal times that people are posting are increasing, fairly substantially from 2015.

Obviously they are a good legitimate casino and the accredited status was earned but people waiting days and days for withdrawals or having to contact support externally because their live chat is fucking abysmal and just spouts out the same..."Ok let me check with our payments team..." then 3 seconds later "3-5 DAYS blah blah blah". Thats not really acceptable for an accredited casino and I dont know how widespread the problem is but this is like the 3rd time I have seen it on here and have personal experience of it so they need to sort it out to be honest.

This was not what he meant.

He said 5 days for it to be processed then the standard 2-5 days to reach your bank, I have no issue it taking 5 days to hit my bank if processed, Betfair and other casinos take 3/4 days to hit my bank. The issue is taking 5 days to processed a withdrawal. It should be max 48hr, he stated it's been two days only cause he discounted the weekend, so they will wait the full 5 days, so it could actually take 10 days to hit my bank in total.

It's a absolute joke. I don't need the withdrawal but imagine I did it would be useless.

I personally don't play at any casino that doesn't have fast payouts nowadays - when you have Skyvegas, Casumo, Rizk etc.. all processing payments the same day in some cases (SkyVegas is super fast - i've withdrawn at 5pm one day and had the money at 11am the next!) there is just no need to take that long.

Anything more than 48 hours should really have an impact on accredited status IMHO, because i bet the money is still reversable... meaning they just want you to play it off. If i was in the GC, i would ban withdrawal reversals and force casinos to process within 48 hours max.

What I found crazy was PaddyPower, maybe its because we both use Barclays but one night I was playing, withdrew to my debit card at about 10pm ish, it was there at midnight...thats fucking service haha.

I generally stick to thrills/casumo/kaboo, if your withdrawal hasnt been processed within about 12 hours they will flush it for you, and its in my account at midnight the next day. Those casinos are fine, withdraw Tuesday daytime and its in your account Wednesday night/Thursday early hours, MOST casinos are like this I find and if not, avoid them.

Hi Nutnut,

Can you you pm me your username and I can look into it for you. 3-5 working days is the time it takes to get to your bank account which should come down later this week when we launch our new payment gateway.

Thanks

Phil
