3dice withdrawals- whats up ?

Hello just curios if anyone have been paid by 3dice since Thursday evening, for the first time ever ive waited more then 12 hours but now its gone past 48 hours, and the always lovely chat support tells me it might not be until Monday ?im not telling 3dice off in anyway just very wicked from that gr8 casino

Have the 3Dice CS given you any reason for the delay viking? What method are you using for the withdrawal?

My last withdrawal from 3Dice was on the 8th May, not for a massive amount (£224), but it was in my Moneybookers account within around six hours.

oh im using Neteller ive withdrawn hundred times there thats why its a weird delay,and no reason everything was fine on both ends just finance gone home for the day

Same here actually... withdrew Thursday night and I was surprised that it wasn't processed on Friday at all... I went on live chat and they said it wouldn't be till Monday. I guess we got so used to the 6-12 hour withdrawal time that now we're spoiled

oh and it won't be until Monday for you as well because they don't process on weekends... at least that is what they told me. In the grand scheme of things, it isn't that long compared to other casinos.

Nothing to worry about - we've had an unusual large amount of winners withdrawing via neteller and have to
wait on slow banks for funds to move around. We try to always make sure to be able to cover 99% of possible
scenario's - but random winners means random withdraw methods so once in a blue moon it does happen that
we have to step in - double bad luck its on a weekend. (well bad luck .. more like good luck .)

Feel free to ask our support to lock your withdraw or change it to another method if you have that option.
