The bonuses I get from MG and RTG all have WR attached. Every single one of them. I even got a manager bonus from inet and thought since it was a manager bonus there wouldnt be a play through or max cashout. I frigin get to over $500 for the first time in a year and I can only cashout $100. If that were 3 dice....Enzo would of worked with me as many casinos do with loyal players and I considered my self pretty loyal with Inet. I play several times in a week every week. I havnt dep as much since that bonus. Ive been making more deposits at 3idce instead and have been doing very well. As far as MG ...LOL, not one cashout in 2 years, I gave up on them months ago!

Where are the polls for RTG and MG. I mean fair is fair. We dont know what your getting from Enzo or from other managers. We can only go by what is being stated. You yourself have said "i dont get as much anymore" doesnt that mean Enzo was giving you bones if your not getting them anymore? Why should he "give" bones to someone who is going to spit them out?

Im sorry, but this is turning into a 3dice bash and its unfair when you dont include the other software providers. And one more thing if I may....You still get your comp points but instead of taking $1 at a time you get $25 at once. That makes more sense to me, getting $25 at once. You have a better chance of a cashout then if using $1. I use to take that $1 myself so I know where your coming from. Im glad they changed that.

I admit to getting a bit upset especially about not hearing back from Enzo regarding a PM.
Thank you CM :notworthy for letting me know that he was on vacation because I indeed had no clue he was on vacation!

This started as a poll to follow up the last poll. I find it extremely frustrating that there are so many players NOT JUST MYSELF who are not happy with the new "bonuses" and how they work.
I am glad you are one of the select few who gets tossed that bone here and there babs! That's great, it's nice to know someone is.
But I did NOT intend on this turning the way it did.
CM if you find it necessary then move or lock the whole thing, then do so. I find it informative for ALL depositting players. and just because I reply or respond to other posts does not mean this is my own personal "bitchfest" facts are facts.. and that is what I posted.

Babs, I am sure if the shoe were on the other foot you might be singing a different tune.

First off, 6 months ago there were only 3 players who received that "surprise weekly bonus" ... and to date there were still only 3. I guess you don't find that odd because you are indeed a chosen one. So many players did not even know about the "surprise weekly bonus" and many more did not know they had to ASK for the referal bonus!

I myself have lost out on gg high roller bonus, gg point conversion and redemption of comps (before hitting 500). to me this is no way to compensate a depositting player. Asking that they publish member numbers who are chosen weekly or that they even produce a monthly newsletter I do not think is too much to ask for!

If they promise something and only one or two people are satisfied.. but the majority are NOT ... then why not fix it?
Enzo being informed as to where WE, The depositting players stand with this "new bonus system" was not wrong. IMHO
If one person learns anything from this poll, (or comparing it to the last one).. then I have satisfied my need. (as well as others I hope)
The only intention of this poll was to find out IF other players WERE as DISSATISFIED AS I. and to find out if anything has changed since January.

what i dont understand is .. what is the point in collecting gg points if using them means it cancels out another bonus... im not a member of any other casino only 3dice... so is it a good idea to be a member of gg? which is the best bonus to collect? gg points? 3dice bonus? im asking but hearing all different answers... im only a member of 3dice since early may i wasn't used to the old bonus way let alone understand the new bonus way... so if anyone can throw some light on what i should do..... leave gg? and just go for 3dice bonus or stay with gg and use points.... i'd be very greatfull.... in other words 'HELP' ;-) what do i do?????? the answers i've got so far lean towards leaving gg.. but i want to be sure..

I mean before I joined 3Dice, I did most of my play at an accredited MG casino. They gave me a great VIP match bonus every month (still do) but, thats about it. As far as ND-bonuses go, I can count them on one hand (maybe even a half ).

Im thinking this though....this is just an opinion. If 3 dice lets you do both then its double dipping. You can use one or the other. Just like at some RTG's, they let you pick one from 3 choices like 100% match on $50 or 50% on $100 etc...

I always try to do analogies in things and what I come up with is this:

You get a $2 off coupon for eggs and in the paper is another one from the same place for $1 off coupon too. This happens because you may get different mailers and end up with 2 diff coupons on the same item.

When you go to the store...You can use only one of them, they never let you use two. So you say....Ill use the one thats worth more and give up the other one

I answered first on this post and after reading what's been posted to date, I feel I should post again.

I don't like their new bonus system at all and here's my reasons. I was a very loyal depositing player signing up thru GG. I deposited enough to collect the GG high roller bonus each month and every so often got a ND bonus as a surprise. Cashed out once or twice nothing big but I liked the service so all was good. Then the software went south on me and I could no longer play there with any sort of ease. I PM'd Enzo, asked chat about it etc and no one could help. So I had to quit playing there until I could get DSL.

Got the casino to finally work and guess what, no GG high roller bonus, no point conversion, not one thing. All it says on my bonus page is "Player does not qualify". I have never received a scratch card, a deposit bonus, not one blooming thing. Am I suppose to be happy about that?

As far as other casinos, I only play at two, Club World and Villento. I got a nice free chip from Club World this weekend (didn't ask either) and Villento always has deposit bonuses. As far as customer service, both work for me.

I would love to play at 3Dice again but what is the point? I don't want to start all over again.

I give kudos to you players that are winning there but for me they don't fit in my program.

Personally, I don't feel the need for a poll on any other acreditted casino.
They have their bonus match "coupon codes". inetbet gives us a choice of up to 6 AND a mystery bonus coupon (actually 2 if you count the one in the newsletter) per month. We are NOT limitted to only one coupon per month. We can use each and everyone EXCEPT the new player coupons as long as we play within the guidelines of the bonus coupon (ie: slots only, keno & bonus bingo, etc). We also get "Tempting Tuesday" every single week.
They publish a monthly newsletter listing winners and jackpots and all other news. And A managers bonus EVERY month without asking for it.

Rival. I Always have 3-4 bonuses waiting for me at the cashier. AND I get a ND bonus from them almost every week (and if not it is definate once a month). Again without asking for it.

The very first poll regarding 3dice was started by me for a few reasons..
1) because when I referred players to 3dice. The players I referred informed me they had depositted and THEY asked ME if I had received my bonus. WHICH I HAD NOT. When I went to chat and inquired I was told "it's only $2".. I don't care if it was 5 cents, It was something I was entitled to and earned IMO and I should not have had to ask for it. BUT apparently everyone had to ask for thiers and had I NOT posted that poll, players would not have known enough to inquire about that.
2) I read about the "weekly online surprise bonus" which at the time stated that the winners would be listed in a newsletter. I was not receiving any newsletter and read nothing of it at the 3dice forum.

The percentage of players who were not even aware of a "weekly surprise bonus" has stayed at 43.75%. That's almost half (and those are only the ones here at CM who did participate in the poll!)
Not one player received thier "referal bonus" without asking for it.
IF this "weekly surprise bonus" does exist... I think they are way behind.

I consider this a productive poll. regardless of how others want to interpret it.

Babs I learned in the past. I don't post anything about my problems. (personal) and if I did so recently it was definately a slip up. My Computer problems yes and IF I do it's in the attic and I don't expect that to be in any way doing something wrong or airing dirty laundry, so that also can go two ways. but I am not here to make enemies. I also call it as I see it.
I do not go to chat for 2 reasons,
1) because (if you did know of my problems) when chat IS running my games run alot slower and in a tourney that is not a good thing. (I blame this on my computer and nothing else.) I don't know how many others may experience this problem.
2) there had been alot of new comers who at one point were rude to other players. One night I popped onto chat and got a PM from a friend who said it was getting completely out of hand and the newbies seemed to be insulting regulars left and right.
MY MAIN REASON FOR NOT GOING TO CHAT IS #1 ABOVE, THE GAMEPLAY IS SLOW AND INTERUPTED WHEN CHAT IS RUNNING.. PERIOD.

I have raved about thier customer service, which is by far the best around.
I have also raved when I won and told new players here at the forum about how great they are. So that is definately an assumption on your part. This is the same situation which drove me to slither into the background and just read postings but not participate and I can assure you, that will not happen again. I like everyone else am human and I do have my opinion. So I started a poll to compare to my last poll only this time I included the "new bonus system where there will always be something at the cashier for loyal depositting players"By the looks of the results, it hasn't changed for the better but it has changed for the worse IMO. Players are still not well informed regarding alot of issues. and If I were a kiss a** then I would keep my mouth shut and let it slide. but I am not.

I am sure Enzo cares about all of us players (maybe some more than others). I would hope he would NOT take offense to hearing that the majority of players are not happy with the new bonus system, trial and error. After all, I would think this saved him alot of time researching on his own.

As far as gg goes. I would probably prefer to convert my points into a guaranteed bonus of $25 than take my chances on a losing scratch card.
I see no need for anyone NOT to sign up at gg. It offers a variety of games and many other casino's in addition to 3dice where you can win deposits and convert points to cash, as well as others who accept the high roller monthly bonus.
Its a win/win situation at GG. IMHO

First off, #1 REFERAL bonus.. If you refer a player you are entitled to a bonus as per THEM not ME.
Secondly.. If the system doesn't work and players like the old system better .. then I would think the manager WOULD care about it. and YES these are the "stats" from here at CM only. I have NO clue what their player data base is at all.

How much have you gotten in bonuses Mystic? Not just since the new program started, but over your life at 3Dice? Have you ever considered that sometimes a casino just can't afford to give out bonuses? I realize some people get them here and there, but there are some times where the casino just can't afford to do it or they may not want to - it may not be in the budget, there may not be deposits coming in, there's a thousand reasons... but here's another big one... Maybe the player was over-bonused to begin with!

There hasn't been a surprise weekly bonus for a long time. It may be listed somewhere, but I have gotten official confirmation that it no longer exists. I can't answer about the referral bonus but I never thought there was one to begin with.

I don't know about this. If you felt that's all you wanted to do with the info you requested, then why has the thread become as derailed as it has? You can ALWAYS go into 3D chat and PM a rep, go to live support, or send them an e-mail - mine was answered today in 9 minutes. Anna, Lance, Karen, Ellen, Ron, Bob or even the members in chat are always willing to help. Enzo shouldn't always have to do everything for everybody.

As I said before in my first post in this thread, the scratch cards are a CHANCE to win money - not a guarantee. There isn't one single lottery company on the earth that does this for its players.

Once again, I go back to my original post. There seems to be a "sense of entitlement" mentality here. "I did this, I did that, now dammit, give me something for doing it..."

Eventually someone is going to get pushed over the edge here. I'm not saying anyone here, specifically, but just wait, and watch. If stuff like this continues there may not BE any bonuses out there for us in the near future. Casinos give these things (SMALL REWARDS) for us being loyal to them and having a good time.

OK......I've read enough and I'm going to put my 2 cents in. So you know where I stand in relation to playing at 3Dice. I make an occasional deposit at 3 Dice, no I don't understand about the new system. Don't play there enough that it matters to me. Sure I like getting freebies, who doesn't but we aren't entitled to them. The definition of gift is = A gift is a voluntary act which does not require anything in return.
The poll has too many possible answers, it's confusing, apparently even the regulars at 3Dice are confused by the new bonus system. If so.....Enzo should clear that up.

Sure everyone has the right to come on here and bitch and moan......I occasionally do that myself, but mystic.......you do have an agenda, it's clear as the sun is in the sky on an unclouded day. Why do I think this......how many threads does this make that are similar to this? Ok everyone breath. I took this survey the same as a lot of the casino past few months have done their own survey. Club world has one going at the moment trying to see what would players like to see more of less of and so on. I think this one took a little twist as its a new bonus and a few of the players got confused as what was offered as a bonus. Now the way i look at it yes they owe us nothing just like you do grocery shopping per week just because you give them your business dose not mean they owe you more then fast and courtesy treatment. All i see from this thread was a player asking who liked the new bonus opposed to the old one had nothing to do with 3dice itself. A fair question and also a lot of us confused on the ladder you climb to get higher levels and scratch cards. You will always find people that dislike change and others that welcome it as the saying goes you cant please everyone.
Yes and most times deposits go fast at 3dice but i find it no dif then playing at a rtg rival mg casinos if they are not hitting simple they arent hitting. Its frustrating at best when your deposit last only few min i surely know that only to well.
If you take a close look at some of the casinos bonus issues half of them arent worth taking. Rtg are tough once you finally get through the playthrough half the time your chips are gone and slots go cold.
Rival i never take never could get the playthrough done at least with sloto they at the end of your playing period toss you some free chips and i have cashed out more so from those then deposits. Mg bonus isnt to bad at least most times its given after your money or withdraw has been done so you know what is left. I play at a lot of casinos that weekly they toss you chips and i have cashed out on the other hand they didnt need to do this it was their idea to keep their regular customers. I see 3dice as no different then those they try to please their customers and looking to better the casino and when you do this yes you step on a few toes along the way.

There is tolerance around here, really there is! Sometimes....it gets a little heated but it's kinda like real life, everyone can't see eye to eye all the time.

I do know that there are only a handful of us here at CM playing at 3dice and probably a HUGE amount of players who don't even know CM exists! Without thier input it is NOT a fair poll. I do agree.

But, I honestly did not create this poll for what it has turned into. I DID create this poll to get feedback and input from other CM members as to whether or not they DO or DO NOT like this new bonus system AS WELL AS to update the "alleged" online surprise weekly bonus winner number (which apparently has not changed one bit).

Let us not forget. Had the numbers been different (say 15 people won the "weekly bonus") We would know for a fact that it does exist for more than just one or two select few. (and I speak only for CM members who participated)

I find myself baffled as to why she is so defensive about that one particular issue. I think it is obvious that there is no such thing as a "weekly surprise online bonus" winner. or that number would have jumped from 3 to anything else but 3. IMO. (the previous poll was for CM members as is this one, so that is a number that should have changed). A referal bonus is indeed something we earn and are entitled to. (that is not a freebie) we are being compensated for directing players thier way, but we are not compensated without asking for it. therefore the other part of this poll shows that less members are referring to 3dice than before.
I do hope this changes for the positive, as it certainly was not intended to be blown into an attack on anyone at all. 3dice included.
I still play 3dice and yes as I said earlier I still deposit there. I enjoy playing the tourneys and yes I do have fun. So this "poll" took a nosedive somewhere. But. I did not start this poll to "bitch", just to open some eyes. believe it or not.

Ok everyone breath. I took this survey the same as a lot of the casino past few months have done their own survey. Club world has one going at the moment trying to see what would players like to see more of less of and so on. I think this one took a little twist as its a new bonus and a few of the players got confused as what was offered as a bonus. Now the way i look at it yes they owe us nothing just like you do grocery shopping per week just because you give them your business dose not mean they owe you more then fast and courtesy treatment. All i see from this thread was a player asking who liked the new bonus opposed to the old one had nothing to do with 3dice itself. A fair question and also a lot of us confused on the ladder you climb to get higher levels and scratch cards. You will always find people that dislike change and others that welcome it as the saying goes you cant please everyone.
Yes and most times deposits go fast at 3dice but i find it no dif then playing at a rtg rival mg casinos if they are not hitting simple they arent hitting. Its frustrating at best when your deposit last only few min i surely know that only to well.
If you take a close look at some of the casinos bonus issues half of them arent worth taking. Rtg are tough once you finally get through the playthrough half the time your chips are gone and slots go cold.
Rival i never take never could get the playthrough done at least with sloto they at the end of your playing period toss you some free chips and i have cashed out more so from those then deposits. Mg bonus isnt to bad at least most times its given after your money or withdraw has been done so you know what is left. I play at a lot of casinos that weekly they toss you chips and i have cashed out on the other hand they didnt need to do this it was their idea to keep their regular customers. I see 3dice as no different then those they try to please their customers and looking to better the casino and when you do this yes you step on a few toes along the way.

Regarding bonuses that I have received.. what bonuses? I think I have recieved one $10 bonus after a $180.00 nose-dive in the past two months.!!

I certainly do not deposit anywhere near what you do, nor do I ever think I will at any online casino.

If a casino offers you a bonus to refer players than yes, you are entitled to it. IMO
I did not start this poll to be bashed to hell. It was a few simple questions to compare my experience to what others experience and feel, as well as to compare it to the previous poll and I am sorry that everyone (myself included) has turned it into the nightmare that it is.
I have almost always loved participating in CM threads and posts. But I now remember why I slithered into the background.

Everything here has been blown way out of proportion. I myself have suffered enough with being completely shut out of any bonuses from 3dice even though I am a depositting player. (that is how I see it)

I have taken insults and attacks, yet not once accused anyone of "flaming"..
and I thought I handled myself in a very calm and intellectual way. (I guess I was wrong).
I did not expect to be on the defensive here. Simple questions, simple answers and I would think simple solution.
I never expected anything for free from 3dice.. I have however expected to be compensated as I was told I would be. (ie: player referals, surprise weekly winner <<--which slotking I HAD NO IDEA that they had eliminated that! obviously)
