I've been having an interesting dispute with 3dice the last couple of days which has been overly shocking to me as well as pretty insulting.
Their live support was online but there was no support available. It is "online" on the website, but "offline" through my casino page.
Maybe someone can help me out and contact live support and ask why support is not available to me?
As always, i am all for "full disclosure" of the details of this dispute if it has to come to it, but i am relying on some professional courtesy to resolve this matter efficiently.
I have to say, i am very disappointed in 3dice and this time it is not just about their poor paying games.
Let's get this issue resolved and move our separate ways, shall we?
