So I booked today and monday off work and had the morning free to do what I wanted. Thought, why not make a deposit on 32red casino and play my favourite slot!
After around 25 minutes of playing I decided to request a withdrawal from a customer service agent. I was greeted (almost instantly) with 'Good morning, how can I help you today?' to which I replied Can I request a withdrawal today please? The answer was along the lines of, 'Let me take care of that for you Mr xx, consider it done'

Where O Where do you find customer service agents like that?

I think they set the standard when it comes to customer service. Other casinos have adapted to this and I think most of the top casinos understand how important good CS is and their service is on a par with 32Red.

I'm just surprised at how many casinos still have robotic CS. There is no great secret to good CS and in 2014 there is no reason to accept anything less.
 
no doubt their CS is just awsome....but I've found Guts to be good as well, and betsafe.....in fact that's the order I'd give to best CS
 
Anyone can be polite, but I have wondered how they hire their qualified staff. Its likely a challenge for any online casino. Do they posts ads on Kijiji? Do they hire at univeristy job fairs?

I believe they find them the normal way :)

What is most important I believe is the training. Who teach them and what are they learning?
If they don't live up to the high standards that the group sets, they are probably told to go.
 
I always find 32red's CS to be professional, courteous, sympathetic to the players problem and generally very positive. Always eager to help and be of service, I have yet to have a bad experience.

If every company had service levels that 32red seem to consistently provide then the world would be a much happier place. They really do set the standard.
 
Completely agree on 32Reds customer service, they are top notch.

But as Tirilej pointed out as for all round top notch, not so much these days. I used to play there almost every other week or day but lately they don't get half as much as they used to due to the no weekend cash outs and even then they are still slower than a lot of casinos available to most players now weekends or not.

Still a great casino and still the best full MG client casino out there.

My best guess is probably headhunting on linkedin. They look for experience and probably pay well too. They are required to use perfect grammar and spelling at all times so they will not be a minimum wage casino.

This is why I shake my head when I see the SlotsMagic rep reply to someones two questions with simply "yes and yes"

If someone from 32Red done that they would be cautioned and banned from posting on the forum. That is why you will never see anything but a professional reply from 32Red staff.

It's a bank holiday in Gibraltar today so no cashouts.

I approach the cage of my land based casino. Like 32Red it also operates 24/7/365. And, with a handful of chips to cash-in, the cage is closed because it's a public holiday. :what: :what: :what: Compared to most other casinos online, 32Red is far better. But witdrawals being stopped on public holidays and weekends, really does detract from them being named "Casino of the Decade." Least these days it does...

Maybe BetAT or Guts, who pay withdrawals in under 1 hour 24/7/365 and have excellent support, will likely be voted best casino of 2014. Either one deserves it :thumbsup:
