32red withdrawal

Requested a withdrawal Tuesday at 3.36pm was advised that I had missed the cut of point for withdrawal to be issued on the Wednesday by 36 minutes, (because it will still be pending then) they only process at 3pm, should have been processed yesterday and I should have received it today by 3pm thats the way its always worked in my bank, anyway no withdrawal today so now I wll have to wait till Monday nearly 1 week or 144 hours after making request...............not good enough, it downright scandalous

It's a sad indictment of 32Red these days. Used to be the standard bearer for MGS download casinos, and all casinos really. Nowadays just an average casino with dreadful withdrawal times.

Going the same way as Ladbrokes really. Although you'd get paid faster there

Why don't you use Neteller instead and get the money 24 hours earlier? Then they would have been in by now.

Going by what you have said 32red would have still processed the payment on Thursday and you would get this today.

I think the reason (maybe) why you won't have got this would be the Visa problems that are reported in another thread, I was waiting for a payment from 32red that reached me 3 day's later than normal due to the visa problem and I am still waiting on a payment from Betsafe from Monday.

I've had the same problem this week, all 32red cashouts in the past (to visa UK debit) are normally next working day, £100 was sent on Tuesday and £200 on Wednesday so I was expecting £100 in bank on Wednesday and £200 on Thursday, but they were both delayed for some reason and both payments did not arrive in bank until today (Friday)

This is new, for years now it ALWAYS been next working day, but yeah you'll be waiting until at least Monday now.
pretty certain this is not a 32red problem as they sent the cashouts as they normally would the delays are happening after they make payment so its the bank, although I did ask in the bank and they said nothing has changed so its all a bit of a mystery (blame brexit?).

Just to let you know, we received this message this morning.

Seems to be network wide, just in case any of you are wondering why there are slight delays in withdrawals to Visa at the moment:

"Visa Europe has informed us that due to a technical issue on Visa’s side, settlement of funds for Visa transactions in Europe are delayed. This may lead to a delay in purchases or returns appearing on customer account statements. This issue does not impact Visa’s ability to securely process consumer purchases, nor does is impede merchants ability to accept Visa. Visa expects the issue to be resolved within the next 24 hours."

Once the casino have processed the withdrawal then any further delay is not on their side but on Visas . This problem has been on going since last Sunday and is not yet resolved. The money does come but MUCH slower than usual. That bit at least is not the casionos fault or your Banks , who I tried to blame lol, but the fault of Visa

To be fair, there has been an issue with Visa with refunds and also clearing pending payments on accounts.

We have been made aware of an issue with the VISA Settlement Service which has meant that we have not received the Clearing and Settlement information for the 28th and 29th March 2017.

Its actually still continuing.

Def still at least 1 day delay. I use 365 alot and you can set your watch by when it hits my account but my WD is 1 days late now.
