32Red. What a shame?

I'm a regular depositer in 32red. Not so much sum, $20-50 per deposit.
Today they offered for me Dish of the day a 100% bonus up to 50. After my deposit I find only 50% bonus add, what....?
Not only that, the last time I can not win something, so more such nonsense.

but they always honor a deposit bonus offered im sure of that .....
may be its 100% upto 50 and you deposited 100 is that the case..
you can always contact the support and asked before you playing
im 100% sure they will sort it out for you ...

Thanks for the update Lemurz and sorry for the inconvenience. Some silly bloke in marketing made a mistake setting today's bonus up. He says looking around trying to find someone to blame.

Had same issue but wonderful customer service immediately topped up my bonus with the missing £25.

Got up to over $600 thanks to a Wild Desire on Immortal Romance
Had over 1000 spins on IR all at $1.50 and still had $10 bonus left???
Maybe i'm wrong but thought playthru was 30x

Had about 50 spins at $1.50 on Isis with no wins at all b4 bonus finally dropped to zero

32 Red is still one of the top casinos there is, period. If you deposit ONLY on 100% bonuses for 5 or 6 deposits in a row, you may lose your dish of the day access temporarily. Make a few small deposits in succession without a bonus and that should bring any high bonus ratio back in line to receive dish of the day. Really, what other casino offers great bonuses every day of the week? Abuse their generous system, and it bites back, who knew! Lol.

Same thing happened with my last 100% bonus.
I had to e-mail a screenshot of where the cashier screen clearly said it was 100%, and they added the extra very quickly and apologised very nicely.
I'm sure they will always put any errors right ASAP

Last week i missed 2 100% deposit bonuses because of the software issues, i always received errors when i tried to deposit.
Today the software caused even more problems...took 5 minutes to load and then crashed again and again.
I somehow managed to login,deposit 200 started playing but some of the slots did not even open. I gave playboy a try...horrible slow spins, same problem when i played TFROL so i had to stop playing and gave up. 5 seconds/spin is a pain.

Todays result: 2 broken sessions, CPU usage 100% - 200 Euros wasted, no playtime, no fun.

I have 6GB Ram installed and my cpu is fast enough btw.
