I notice the rating for 32Red is 9.4 wasn't it 9.1 what made it higher? don't see any changes with 32Red

In my view they do deserve the 9.4 as the only thing which is slightly negative about them is the 24hr pending period and no weekend payments. Trust me, i tried a whole range of other casinos since December 2014 when 32RED introduced the 24hr pending period and nearly 3 month ago i returned quietly to them as there is just no better MG download casino out there. Good promotions, no bullshit T&C's, 'only' 30x WR on bonuses (that is the lowest among all MG download casinos!!!), no max. cashouts..... no stress whether i get paid ..... simply, you play, you win, you get paid....

Well deserved 9.4. When it comes to MG standalones, 32Red sets the bar. Customer service, daily promos, almost constant up-time.
I wasn't even sure Red Letter Days still existed. A token gift from 32Red, then a 700X hit and a 900X hit = an almost cash-out, had I been smart....but no...I had a vision of Immortal Romance coming through. $1500 later, totally broke yet oh so satisfied with my playtime!
Still got hours upon hours of playtime on a simple token gift. 32 Red does all the right things, at all the right times for me, except ring me on the telephone to tell me to come to my senses and CASH OUT when I have a big balance, instead of chasing my 2.5K benchmark to cash! lol

In my humble opinion their rating should go down!
I must be bonus banned as i get no dish of the day anymore since 1 month ago.
Used to play there all the time and pretty sure am well down financially.
Had 2 weeks in a row 100% bonus up to $50 which i took and both times i think i withdrew about $400
No more dish of the day since.
Loved playing there but since i get no incentive to play i have only deposited once since (tonight i put $100 in) and blew it quickly.
So even though 32 Red is great casino they going to be seeing less of me!

Luckily their ratings isn't based on if people are bonus banned, or if they lose or win there,
but maybe that wasn't the reason why you thought it should go down?
I always thought the ratings system for 32Red was pretty self- explanatory.
0.1 gets deducted for every losing deposit I have there.
Hence they currently stand at 6.2, but they can still turn it around

It would actually be fun if we players could set up a rating system for what we think is most important for us...
But when I started to think a little longer now then I realize that I don't even care about what ratings the casinos here have.

I have my own rating system anyway and we all should have that. If there was no such thing here then maybe we could focus on just getting all information correct everywhere instead. Just my thoughts

Yup 32Red deserves it's rating. Can't say I am pleased with the new changes however their support staff is awesome. I was talking to CS Michelle the other day and she was one of the nicest reps I have ever spoken to. I like the bonuses love knowing that I will be paid with no worries. It is hands down my favourite MG download casino and gets 98% of my business.

If these are all 'Yes' and the Square root of the win lines on 'Hot Ink' is in the casino title then they stand a good chance of my deposits

This was in no way to be a negative thread on 32Red I saw they went from 9.1 to 9.4 I got excited thought perhaps they brought back flushing/weekend payment or something so checked out there accredited review and saw nothing has changes was curious why the increase in points....I have deposit over 3500 at 32red over the last 5 weeks so Im certainly not trying to start a negative thread. Ive said my piece in the past and find my self back playing 32Red with over 95% of my deposits.

Single software provider, 24hr pending period, no flushing, no weekend payouts. They used to flush and process 24/7/365 if I'm not mistaken? (at least flushed so no longer reversible).
32Red have taken active steps to make themselves less attractive to current and potentially new customers, yet find themselves as highly rated as always. It doesn't make sense.
I realise that they've been around forever and are rock solid as an operation (no denying that, and credit to them) which means their score remains high despite the negative changes. But by that logic, in a couple more years time they could change to 48-hour pending period and still remain as highly rated, because they'll have a couple more years in the business which would add on the "Meister Points" they would otherwise lose by extending the pending period...
It's annoying. If they went back to the way payments were done a couple of years ago, they'd be rated 10.0 here on Casinomeister, and nobody could argue. It'd be like when Kiss relaunched themselves without the makeup.
Maybe that's the plan?

I don't think so. They are one of the few downloadable MG in UK, and there is where they have their biggest market. Why change something that's doing well now to something more insecure?

I would love that but I think it would be too much trouble to start an entire new operation.
Maybe they also have some kind of deal with MG.
I have asked and I know they always discuss all options, but I don't remember the clear answer.
Maybe Mark is nice to fill in, or we have to wait and see for the future.

Nah!!! But Mark might come by and state that they will re-start doing weekend cashouts, do away with the pending 24hour and allow manual flushing

That would be the "holy" grail of casinos and i could play only at one place as i still prefer the download version to the browser based one.
I am sure Net-ent, WMS etc could easily integrate their slots into the MG interface, after all it is all software which can be made compatible.....

It took me ages to find a casino that offer offers UK £'s AND my top 3 (only 3) software providers I play, MG, Netent and more recently WMS.
Imagine this combination with the trust, CS, promotions and reliability of 32 Red!!!!!
Now THAT would see 100% of gaming budget! - or at least 90% - have to keep some back for Guts

The rating system is semi-automatic. There are thresholds for things like "length of time established", "length of time accredited". Those may change without notice since these are based on dates in the database. Also at the end of each month I review the "meister points" which are determined on how participative the rep is, are they posting special promos, are they helpful in the forum, are they responding quickly to PMs, emails, queries, etc.? How are the complaints coming? Are there any? Have we met in the past year? How have they been dealing with players and affiliates? Some casinos like 32red are pretty much maxing out in this area.
You should notice that a number of casinos' points decreased as well.
As for why the scores are not corrected on the main index page, I have to do this manually, and on weekends I'm in the yard pulling weeds or something to that effect.
And just a quick chime-in on MGS exclusive casinos. I spoke with MGS's CEO last February, and even though MGS runs a fairly tight ship (as opposed to Playtech, RTG, etc.,), if some multi-platform casino were to start screwing over players, they wouldn't be able to do much. MGS has more pull and influence over their exclusive licensees. It doesn't happen all that often, but every once in a blue moon - I am compelled to contact a software provider informing them of a rogue operation or practice. This is a reason MGS casinos get a little boost in the rating system which is displayed here.
