Question 32red: No more bonuses or...?

Good morning everyone in the CM land

This is not a rant topic, but a related question from my side.

I used to take some bonuses at 32red, dish of the day etc. Last days there were no bonuses when i logged in, but the usual 'Play 32red on the move' promotion instead.
So i was curious what changed and gone to live chat to ask. There is the important part of my conversation with the CS team:

Howard: We have just changed our bonus structure - apparently all bonuses are now by email invitation only to selected players
Me: I see
Me: So there will be no more frequent bonuses like before?
Howard: that's right

So, really, 32red is changing the bonus structure? I asked some friends and i can see that lot of people here have dish of the day bonuses still available, but not me.

I also told from the support that I'm not bonus banned. However i can see that i also have no bonuses available to the other 32red sister casinos, Dash and Golden Lounge.

Experiences anyone?

I still get them on all 3, its a 50% for me on 32red and Dash this morning nothing in Golden, do you only deposit when there is a bonus avalible or ?

Last month i think i deposited using bonuses, generally, when i want to play just deposit, but when there is a good bonus available, yes i take it.

Well, if the case is that i 'over-did' it with bonuses, there is really no problem from my side, but i would expect a honest answer from a great casino like 32red and their nice support.
It would be nice to know the truth: bonus structure changed, or bonus banned?

Had bonus yesterday and see that there is a 50% today....

Seems strange that they would tell you it's a restructure?

Hi NeuroPR,

I hope you are well.

Howard is right in that we do tailor bonuses based on a player's play type / frequency / loyalty, it may be that you are just missing out on a couple of the daily bonuses - but by what you describe it does also sound likely that you may be in effect 'bonus banned' based on the number of bonuses you have claimed without a 'clean' deposit. Howard may not see this due to the way it's built into the bonus system calculation.

Thanks a lot to Mark from 32red who investigated this query and i got an answer to my question

I used lot of bonuses so the system blocked me from claiming any bonuses. This may be changed in the future if i do straight deposits.

That's ok with me, i just wanted to know the reason.

I also recently stopped receiving the bonus wheel from golden lounge. I am down significantly there and made mostly bonus deposits with occasional non bonus deposit.

It's the OLD system that relied on the email invite, but the new system now shows eligible players their offer in the lobby. Daily email invites are a thing of the past. What happens now is that when a new type of promotion starts, eligible players receive an invite telling them to log in to see their offer, it can no longer be claimed through the website.

There is clear evidence of personal tailoring, as those who still get "Dish of the Day" do not all get the same offer. Their system also seems to take no account of whether a player is up or down overall, so a player that is down can still get "banned" by the system, whilst a player who is well ahead can still get offers if they are not being too selective about depositing for the lower offers, or when there are none.

The problem here may be that CS can't see the status, so didn't offer the correct advice to the player that they needed to deposit "clean" for a bit in order for the system to start offering the dish of the day.

My offers are between 25% and 100%, except for one 10% some while ago. Players who are seeing 10% may actually need to take this as a friendly hint that the system is coming close to banning them, so rather than ignoring it and waiting for a better one, they should take it, and maybe deposit and play without a bonus afterwards.

I tend to chuck significant "clean" deposits through on occasion. The last time was my trophy attempt at a Slotsmeister to show competitors I am still around. Before this, I had a good blast at the 3 Card Poker, which can be a very expensive treat as well as the source of a substantial win. I do not like playing this game on high stakes with a bonus as it would be in breach of many of the guidelines and rules regarding max bet, so whenever I do play the game, it's from a clean deposit so as to avoid trouble.

32 Red are my favorite MG in fact they are the only one I still play at I'm up there and when I do feel the urge or I'm just incredibly bored I will do a deposit without a bonus (actually put through a bonus free deposit earlier as a treat to myself being a special occasion) but honestly the day I stop getting bonuses there would be the day I stop playing MG. IMO they just do everything better than other pure MG download software casinos. I wouldnt want to play anywhere else.

I get daily bonuses on three of 32red sites, checked with live support if this was allowed and was told it was fine, Will usually only take the 50/100% ones and end up playing on all three sites quite regularly. Never had a problem.

I like the challenge of a bonus, it sets a goal for cashing out and will give plenty of playtime.
But I don't take the p*ss and never claim more than one bonus per day, and also will often play bonus free.

I must add: It is incredibly generous of 32red to offer bonuses every day, most sites have much less IE. once per month and some offer none at all.

Exactly the same thing happened to me the other day. The bonuses were gone from Dash and Golden Lounge. I got a useless answer from the emailsupport, claiming it had nothing to do with them, that it was all in the hands of the marketing department.

Disappointing

True, but players don't get the marketing department when they have a query, they get CS. CS need to be briefed as to how to respond to queries from players who have seen their lobby offers just vanish overnight, to explain that the offers are based on their past play, and that the system is designed to reward players who take a variety of offers, not just the best ones, and also play without offers.

In such cases, not depositing and playing as soon as the offers don't show, and going to CS to complain, shows that the player is really only interested in the good offers, and it could have the opposite effect, a much longer, even permanent, loss of offers.

If anything, a couple of deposits on "play on the move" days might cause the system to restore the daily offer, and if not, a polite email enquiry as to whether the current promotion run has finished, whilst again playing without an offer, might work wonders

A PM to Mark here might also help get a better explanation of just why the offers have vanished.

Taking a daily offer at all 4 sister casinos, but not playing on no offer days, is probably more likely to trip the system into pulling the offers than just playing the daily offer at one of the casinos.

I must be one of the selected few who receive offers by email of a 200% bonus up to $100, probably because I had no cash-outs in over a year... oh well, better luck next time
