You don't give so much information yourself
What did support say when you asked why it's not working?

[dandan]

I havent asked... i wanted to hear others opinions first

[Tirilej]

You mean you wanted to know if they were able to play live right now?
I can't help you because I have never tried, but you were at least not totally ignored
Please go and ask support that's my advice.

Hey Dandan,

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with 32Red Live Casino, are you able to be more specific with the problem you are experiencing? All seems fine for me.

Cheers
Mark

We wont ignore you but my guess is that no one has encountered what you did. Meanwhile there are many who cannot play at 32RED me included so we cant share anything with you.
