32Red lag during bonus play through

I was playing at 32Red the other night and took the 100% match bonus which was on offer that day The lag on TSII and IR was horrendous. but i just put it down to a bad connection or busy server.

Because there doesn't seem to be a bonus 'meter' of any kind, like on most flash sites, i tend to use the stats option in the game to monitor my progress towards meeting the WR, since I don't normally vary my stake. it's easy to calculate how many spins are needed to complete WR.

So I'm coming up to (what i'd calculated to be) my last spin to clear WR, check the main page, still the last £10 showing as bonus. take the spin, check the main page again, bonus equals zero. WR completed.

So i click back on the game tab and decide to play on with a bit of my winnings, and low and behold, the lag has completely disappeared, reels are suddenly spinning perfectly

do they use a different server during bonus play through or something??

Anyone else noticed this??

If I was guessing, and I am, I'd think rather than it being a different server, it's a sub-program that's keeping track of your wagers in order to monitor when to turn $10 over. Once you've completed wagering, that program ends and therefore the lag ends.

I almost always play the download version, so I haven't noticed in for my own play.

Hi Guys,

I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced slow gameplay at 32Red, but I would be very surprised to hear that the lag is anything to do with bonus playthrough. I am no technical whizz-kid but as far as I am aware the bonus playthrough will be done on the server (server-side I think the techies call it) and it shouldn't affect gameplay at all.

@brianmon - please PM your account number and I'll credit some bonus chips to hopefully disprove this theory

Lag on the Pad

I've experienced a lot of lag since TSII was released on the mobile platforms last year whenever I play it on my ipad. It works absolutely fine on my IPhone but when playing on the iPad the reels struggle to spin and the app crashes after a few spins. This happens on 32 Red and Jackpotcity , furthermore when you relaunch the 32Red app TSII is missing and the only way I've made it reappear is by clicking on promotions then back onto games and it reappears.
I also have had the same lag and crashing issues with IR on the Jackpotcity app. I know my home wifi is very fast, wondered if it was ipad based?
Having said that it's worked perfectly for the last 2 days on the iPad, according to your Slotmeister 32Red Tourney page I've made over 10,000 spins since I signed up 3 days ago

Could be a glitch in the update between the bonus in play, remaining bonus play-thru and cash/bonus figures. Not specifically a 32Red issue, more so to do with MGS. Given MGS still, after 2 or is it 3 years, have not fixed the bonus carry over when the previous bonus was zeroed out. 32Red can only lodge a support ticket. It's the choice of MGS if they address it. Going on the above, I don't expect you'll get much joy for your slow reels, either.

well, I pm'd the rep with my account number. but never got a reply or the bonus chips he mentioned.
But played again the other night (with a bonus again) and everything was fine.
In fact i think i prefered the lag, since i never got anywhere near completing the WR this time, lol

Yet again I try asking for my w/d to be flushed in time for paypal payments going out and can't get anyone on CS for love nor money.

32Red cut down on support staff as well? Or am I just unlucky lol?
