32RED introduces 24 hours pending period on withdrawals

Like to just say that 32red is still a great casino and one of the most trustworthy there is. But ive saw some comments along the line of you can still ask to get withdrawal flushed etc. so wont be much difference. Depending on the day you withdraw there will be a hell of a difference. Because of the 24hr pending even if you request a flush it probably gets sent next day. Before if you would withdraw early on a Thursday morning or late on Wednesday night you would be guaranteed to get the money in your bank for Saturday with my bank. Now as it probably wont get sent till the Friday it would be Tuesday before reaching the bank, that's really quite a difference. And before if you withdrew to neteller early on a Friday you would almost be guaranteed it on the Friday now It looks like it would sit there till Monday before you get paid.

as Tirilej pointed out if you flush it overides the 24hour pending so makes little difference , it means as mark has already stated your withdrawal will be proccessed on next batch so make it in the morning it will be later that day , no pending period of 24 hours .

people keep banging on about multi platform quick fire paying within mins-hours. think we need to make judgement after say the 10 years period has come up. will all these lot still be paying on that timeframe, in fact will they still be open?

we have casinos that are pending for 48 hours, then another 12 hours to review your playcheck. very little said about them.

If someone flushes they will get paid same day so why not just pay all the withdrawals made at same time . np paul , i think your find alot of players here are spoilt , were used to very fast withdrawals but there are 10000s of players whome play but just request a withdrawal & arnt bothered to a pending period at all doesnt affect them because they dont need the speed of withdrawal or have a itching problem on there bum ,

had i not been a member here & played at a few casinos & made withdrawals as long as i made a withdrawal over the weekend & it showed up before weds or friday i would more than likely be happy with that .

P.S. Actually I'm not correct, as according to the chat quoted a Friday AM 'flush' will actually be processed the same day. Sorry Tirilej!

P.P.S. So what's the point? Why not just be prompt with ALL bloody withdrawals rather than just look after those 'in the know'?

Flushed just means it will be processed as soon as possible which often means faster.
You have been able to reverse before too but you had to ask support if it was still possible.

Many didn't know and for them it was good, but no matter what...You are responsible for not reversing your cashout.
You can never blame the casino for what you do.

I'm not sure but I think you can ask 32red to remove the ability to reverse. You can also ask for your account to be locked till the withdrawal is done.

Either way, I have no doubt they would have kept their word on flushing it through with the next batch for you. The fact that you have reversed it is not their fault. The casino do not reverse transactions for you. You have to do it. Next time get it flushed then lock the account for 24 hours. Turn the computer off. Do something else. Better to wait than risk it all. You cannot hold the casino to account for your own actions. If you'd won more I doubt you'd be posting this.

I had the chance to test the system last night. I emailed support after withdrawing £1400 a little after midnight querying the changes, and asking for a flush if necessary.

They replied that this is the change that came in last year. What has changed is that they used to have a default 4 hour pending period, and it has become 24. Flushing made no difference when it was a 4 hour pending period, but does make quite a difference when it is 24. I am not convinced by this response though, because it seems the more recent change is not mentioned, which is that it is no longer possible to request that an auto flush is set up on your account, which is what I had. This seems to have been the recent change, rather than the default 24 hour pending.

Having requested the flush, I got paid my £1400 a little after 9am, no different from the earlier system with the auto flush set up. The change is that now I have to send that email to CS after making the withdrawal, whereas before there was no other step, just wait and it's there first thing next banking day.

Compared to traditional download MGS casinos, 32Red are still fast payers. It's when you compare with the likes of the multi provider platforms that they look pretty slow payers with the default settings.

I made my withdrawal around 1am early hours of tuesday morning, did not realise about the longer pending period so requested a flush sometime early wednesday afternoon (i posted here at that time if you want the exact time) then received my withdrawal at 10:10 this morning(thursday) ...

I would just like to point out that no one is saying that 32Red is a bad casino, but they have been lowering the bar lately and i think it's fair that we can voice our opinions about this, and they shouldn't be immune to criticism merely because of their excellent track record over the years.
I will gladly admit that i still play there sometimes as the bonuses have a very good 30xB WR and the cs is excellent.

I do hold 32Red to a higher standard than some other casinos so it's disappointing to see them taking steps backwards instead of forwards.
They are supposed to be the "casino of the decade" and the "casino of the year" after all, so i think it's fair to expect more from them.

As far as comparing 32Red to Betat, personally i prefer the bonuses at 32Red over Betat. However Betat do run an excellent operation and they have just as good support as 32Red and they pay A LOT quicker not to mention several excellent forum reps here who will bend over backwards to adress any concerns or issues, when they get more software providers they will be an even better casino then they are now.

Fair enough I thought its the weekend so maybe the 24 hr period does not apply to the weekend or the weekend counts as one day.

So I checked again just then and its still in reverse withdrawal stage. I know it will eventually be processed but its quite slow - much slower than I was used to when I played alot at 32red 3-4 months ago. Mind you its not a significant amount of money but its quite slow by any standards today in my opinion. On top of that once that money reaches ecopayz it will be at least another 1-2 business days to transfer it to my bank account (have to withdraw to net account because I deposit via debit mastercard and withdrawal is not supported and I do not see an bank withdrawal option).

So from Friday afternoon till now is well over 72 hours (including the weekends). It makes it hard for me to want to play here all the time now because compared to multi platform casinos its like snail mail delivery. Anyway just wanted to know has this 24 hour reverse withdrawal period increase and does the weekend not count anymore?

Just something else to bear in mind.If you reverse ANY part of your withdrawal the remaining portion will restart at 24hrs pending ie you make a withdrawal of £100 on sat but reverse £20 at 4pm today ,the £80 withdrawal you have left will be pending until 4pm tomorrow so won't be paid until wednesday.Never realised that was the case until i clarified it with CS last week but it explains why other members couldn't work out why timescales didn't appear to be 24hrs.Best to make a fresh deposit and leave your withdrawal sitting (as long as you have the selfcontrol not to reverse the lot if the deposit goes bad)

In answer to your question, as long as you do not reverse the entire amount and then re-withdraw, then the bit which you have not reversed will continue to be under the original timeframe.

You are correct - the original withdrawal stays put as long as you don't TOTALLY clear it. The timescale remains the same should you leave part of it there.
As for this old thread re-emerging, I half expected this! A Bank Holiday means a late Thursday/Friday withdrawal won't be touched until Tuesday earliest. To be honest I think enforcing the 24 'working hours' reversal period for weekend withdrawals is petty. IMO weekend withdrawals should all be processed Monday, in order, not left until Tuesday.

I would love to see the option for us to request a lower time applied to our account ie: 4,8, 12 hours or just remove reverse times completely on request (now that would be second to none)

Just great when I am actually already on a bonus as I deposited £50 and took £50 after midnight. So suddenly now £4.81 bonus was added which I am not happy about as almost finished wager requirements of £1500, and only got £10 as bonus now so around £200 or £300 left to wager.

Lucky you. I changed a reversed withdrawal of £350 to £1500 total haha becaus could not be bothered with waiting for tuesday. But I will wait with patience now
