£40 spin nightmare

I cant for the life of me work out all the praise for 32 red. Sure the customer service is good. But no better than i've found at ladbrokes/redDash or Sky Vegas. But i cant for the life of me win there. Trust me when i say it aint sour grapes. I have enough money to gamble and i have enough to lose. I mostly play for fun but my experience so far has been far from it. My last session was some early morning low rolling before work. So i hit up Immortal Desire with a balance of 50 quid ...30p per shot and 22 minutes later 22p left. In that time i was teased so many times with the scatters without the third dropping and hit 2 Wild Desires (the second of which was wild in reels 3/4 and 5 and both payed ZERO. I do understand the term "Gambling" and it is 100% my fault i lost. I can deal with that. What i cant deal with was the lack of fun. Maybe im used to other casinos , where 20-30 quid usually has me playing for a while picking up some wins along the way keeping me playing. If im lucky ill maybe hit a decent win and raise the stake or call it a day with some extra money for another time. But in 3 years i can honestly say ive never experience such dead machines.

I can see why their CS is highly rated - you can ask little more than super-fast payouts and fairness.

I must agree, in my experience with your observations on their slots. I have not experienced more attritional slots at any of the many MG's I've played at.

I had an account 3 years ago and my first game played was Isis which I had seen on Ladbokes and played on freeplay.

I opened Isis up and pressed start, and my balance was down £40 immediately - I was shocked and saw that when you first open the game the default stake is a shocking £40 (I don't know if this is still the case on opening a MG game on 32 Red or anywhere else) I remember (but am not 100% sure) I did it once more too. I played Isis only and I played 50p-1.50 stakes and lost £400 without getting one freespin round! I complained on the chat and was offered a bonus but by then I had lost confidence and closed my account.

At that time I had not seen this CM site and last year opened another on recommend, as it was over 2 years since the last was closed. I played TS2 and again had a wretched time, losing continuously seldom increasing any deposit and lost around a grand. Like I said, I have played numerous MG's and these were my worst 2 a/c's ever for playability and RTP. I then asked to be excluded so I couldn't join any of their sites again (as one poster said they didn't know Dash was part of 32red) and I didn't want to accidentally repeat the experiences.

Yes, I am aware I was probably unlucky, but seems strange I have never been that 'unlucky' at any other MG......
