32red customer support emails

Is there any company more friendlier and more polite than 32red's customer service department? Jonathon in particular is most friendly and polite in his emails. I got an email on Friday saying I'd been given some free chips in red letter day draw. Most other places would probably have just written a form email stating they had put it in there. But I never get that sort of response from 32red. It's polite, friendly, welcoming and just feels like they have actually put some thought into it to make it personal to you. I love it!

The only other company I think I can compare them to is John Lewis. They're just as good too. So, 32red customer services, you're awesome! Keep up the good work. There are so many companies that could learn a thing or two from you guys. Not just in the online casino business either.
 
I feel they are the best, but more and more casinos have learnt the importance of good CS and standards have risen a lot in recent years.

MrGreen is one that comes to mind. I replied to a random Promotion and got a reply, that is unusual for promotional email, it seems many casinos don't monitor the return address. I got a reply from Adam and he seemed like such a great person. He went the extra mile in answering any questions and he came across as a human, not one of those CS bots.

I guess this is the thing I miss a little about 32red - they have become so popular that the personal touch is not what it used to be. They still have an excellent service and I haven't got a bad word to say about them.
 
The fun thing though Captain Chaos is that he will be exactly as polite in his next red letter email.
Word by word, almost as if he had written the same before :p

But he is a great guy and also one of their reps in here.
They are all the most polite and nice people there can be found.

I wonder if they are using boots that can't say no or be rude:thumbsup:

Got to agree with all of the above.They are the one casino where you can guarantee a reply to your query within hours (sometimes minutes) rather than days.Their CS advisors have obviously been given excellent training,the sort of training that all casinos should aspire to.:thumbsup:
