Hi all,

Well I have actually managed a win good enough to make a withdrawal from 32red. It's been a good couple of years since I have had any luck with them so I snapped this withdrawal up fast!

From my memory and the reason I pretty much stopped playing at 32red a while back was those withdrawal times. Especially if you had a win on a Friday because it would then be days before your withdrawal would be processed. Anyway, I am really hoping that times have changed and 32red now process withdrawals reasonably quickly.

Does anyone have any experience recently of a withdrawal at 32red and if so long did it take? I'm remaining optimistic!

(My withdrawal is to Neteller with no bonus attached.)

i have stopped playing at 32red because of the slow withdrawals too, i think many people have, if you have withdrawn today, it will be reversable until monday, and wont be processed until monday or tuesday, and you will get it in your bank on wed/thurs, way too slow, its a shame coz they used to be superb

This is correct if you withdrew today it wil remain reversible until Tuesday as MOnday is a Bank holiday - if you are withdrawing to a debit card it will be in your bank Wednesday/Thursday

Yeah, was gonna say if done after 5PM Thursday you'll be waiting until Tuesday next week for processing.

Tell you what! Use their 'take-a-break' facility to freeze the account for 5 days, ahem cough! splutter......:D

(runs and ducks under table)

stopped playing there maybe close to 2 years ago?? maybe less mainly due to the slow pay (minimum 24hrs pending)

Was CR there ...

But once they go multiplatform and start doing fast cashouts im back for sure but untill then we have other casino to entertain us

In a nutshell slow slow slow probably one of the slowest of the accredited section. Thats why I never bother these days playing at 32red. Plus they will refuse to flush. As Dunover said you can TAB until next week but you have to contact them to do that unlike other sites where you can TAB from within your account. They are hoping you will weaken and reverse over the weekend. DONT ....

So probably you will see you coin wed or thur next week depending on withdraw method and not before then. Much better places to play at these days where you get paid within minutes or hours and of course many will flush / lock withdraw on request. Why settle for less.

Congrats on the win - hope you dont reverse (as 32red is wanting you to )

32red lost loads of customers because of this, you'd think they would do something about it, there management must know about it surely?

Of course they know but it was their decision to make. They have gain customers other ways instead and they have kept on earning money, so as a business it was probably a good one, even if it wasn't for us.

In my eyes they are still the only casino with people I trust a 100%. No other place is near that.
I really look forward to the future. I will miss the Viper but I rather have more games to choose from and faster payments. They will grow even bigger ;)

pretty much this, rather wait 24 hours for it than not receiving it, like it or not they must be the most solid outfit out there.

to be fair there are enough accredited casinos that pay out way faster and you can be sure you´ll get your money, so thats not really an argument

Sorry I am the same as the rest, Just about gave up when the withdraw times risen and bonus drooped from thin air.

Nothing wrong with the site in genrule, only decent thing that they have done in past 20 years is open the instant browser version of play.

yeah it was one of my fav places to play for ages but now they are just ordinary ok..ish casino im afraid.

they really have nothing to offer to make them stand out from the rest of the pack. quite contrary they offer less than most other places right now

their cashouts take ages compared to places not stuck in 2007, they only have microgaming slots, bonuses are far and between... oh and their tournaments and "races" are won by whoever spends more money and by default 99% of their players are excluded with no chance of winning anything there.

oh to be fair they do have freerolls. with just 99 or was it 999 rebuys. so thats a plus... i suppose?

I heard something about a change of ownership/management at 32Red about 6 months or so ago.
Can anyone supply the details?
Particularly the date and to whom the casino was sold?

My winnings from the Immortal Romance hit last Thursday are still sitting in pending. Not too bothered as I know it will be processed tomorrow but a real fall from grace for 32Red (and linked casinos)

I do not know but I would bet my last spin it is true. I read something before about that and apparently at the time it was not true, I differ to beg this

I think its carzy when a casino is doing so well than change for the worst or sold on behind closed doors and lie about it. I suppose if you get a good offer you have to take it especially with the way casino are cropping up under every bit of sand now days

I mean bingo godz and castle jackpot was sold for 1 million and they was small sites that was losing money running under a small platform at the time so if somewhere like them places can fetch that sort of cash than 32red could of at one point put as many zeros on the end oif what they wanted

Really? You trust the casino 100%, the same casino that got rid of "flush" option and said they got rid of "flush" for the player's benefit?
Hmm...English is not my first language, but I thought the word "trust" comes with the word "honesty".

yea thats terrible, thats why alot have stopped playing there, way too long. there is lots of very good / trusted casino that process same day/within hours. agree its a fall from grace, shame coz i used to play at 32red all the time

:sob::sob:

Sigh, lasted right up to 7am this morning, then slowly reversed it all. Bloody bank holiday!

Bloody 32Red why on earth are they still in the dark ages!

Damn, feel for you girl :(

My withdrawal went through this morning - took nearly as long as my test withdrawal at a 888 casino! Really bad.

And that, my dear, is exactly why they do it.

It really pisses me off when I read these sort of posts. Angers me. Even though it wasn't my money I get the image of some smug twat smirking behind the scenes high-fiving the person next to them, shouting with glee "SEE!"

I know it's ultimately your fault (and I don't mean that negatively!) but this type of policy is not becoming of an accredited casino IMO because we all know 100% of the reason behind it is sheer greed and intended to mug customers off by dangling the carrot as long as possible. When the UKGC finally grow their combined IQ into double figures and understand that this practice is anti-RG and player-unfriendly it may be examined.

You go into a bookies and place a bet, or put a coin in slot, the bet is final. Deposits are, so should withdrawals be.

P.S. Did you not consider using the tortuous TAB option?
