Once the darling of Casinomeister this site was awash with how great they were and giving them awards, now they are just a joke.

I opened up 32red on Opera to play some free spins it takes forever just to load a page and then you get that ridiculous promo stuck on the right of the screen.

When I open the game sorry your browser does not work with this game try Chrome.

I don't have chrome installed went to Firefox.... just the buffering screen no game loads.

Went to Edge finally the game loads.... eventually.

32red slow, clunky and outdated when they were taken over by Unibet I expected some changes but it is still the same chore to try to use.

When did 32red become so bad?

Personally, I wouldn't say they are bad but like you said a tad outdated. As Bryan said, the videopoker is the main selling point. I always found the site, even the layout, cluttered. Bonus offers not as great, payout speed not great, hardly a vast catalogue of games etc. Still have the odd punt there but nowhere near as much as I did in the past.

Hi Steve,

I hope you are well.

Sorry to hear you are not having much success with the games today.

Browser compatibility is an ongoing frustration for us too. You may know that a lot of browsers recently deemed Adobe Flash to be a 'risk' so they either don't support it at all, or prompt a user to launch it. As the majority of MG games are flash, this does cause issues. Microgaming do try to detect which browser you are using and recommend an alternative (as you saw) but it's not always reliable. We do recommend Chrome for all desktop players. It's something we are woking on, MG are in the process of recoding a lot of their games to HTML5 (you'll find most of the newer ones are already HTML5) and that should solve the issues.

With regards to the popup promo banner, I will pass this feedback on. Did you know you can minimise it? The arrow at the bottom should close it and get it out of the way, circled in blue below:

As always your feedback is appreciated and apologies again for the issues you are experiencing.

Mark

They're not bad, they just got complacent. Gradual changes like the much- discussed TABgate, flushing, solitary game providers amongst other issues have added to their woes. They were the benchmark that others just blatantly copied and improved on......so they look comparatively dated, far from 'bad'. I still chuck the odd deposit their way because I trust the brand.

If one wants to really discuss a declining casino I'd start with Guts, personally

To be fair with guts they seem to have turned a corner & back on track getting much better , at least they're trying seems red is just stuck in limbo(

Of all the things 32Red did, putting that pair of c**ts on a slot was the most utterly evil act.

Just for the record and a warning to you UK residents, I've every reason to believe the cretins are back on TV! I was working in the other room (as I always do if not out on Saturday to avoid TV) and I swear I could faintly hear them hysterically drivelling inanities out when the cat pushed the door open between the two rooms. This was over an extended period which suggests they have a show on TV again. :(

Yes.....yes they're back on our screens. Scrolling through the old TV guide merely yesterday I'd caught a glimpse of their returning show, and it was a '10th anniversary' series too! So given that they're now a national treasure *cough* *splutter* perhaps a couple of memento t-shirts are in order for your good self!:laugh:

Two things...all 1p minimum bet gone. download casino went...and that prat on the front screen from celebrityjuice.....total ass**le.

My account which I religiously played on for years is locked for some reason. TBH all microgaming died when they killed off the tournaments, download casinos and deleted half the games- they failed to modernize and got left behind.

Seems to happen to a lot of really liked casinos. They gradually get complacent and seem to forget why they got so popular in the first place. They forget that it's all about the customer experience and not about just squeezing the most profit out of players. As someone else said, Guts is the first casino that comes to mind when talking about how a casino totally changed. 32red is another.

They used to do a daily bonus for all customers at very generous percentages but as soon as 50% bonuses dropped to 5% the writing was on the wall. They were slow payers too which didnt help. Another victim of the UK online casino purge and lack of incentives for UK players. They had a sister site that closed and a downloadable casino but they both disappeared. They are ripe for the question '32Red,Are they still a thing?'

They suxk. Haven't one a cent there in years yet still, the odd time I try ... sadly

I remember 32Red being my go to casino 10 years or so back.

If you played there enough they’d stick £10 or £20 in your account on a Monday or Tuesday I think it was. They’d top up your rubies too, if you were relatively close, for a free tenner. Plus you had the deposit matches. They were top notch.

I was in no doubt they’d gone downhill a few years back when I asked them if they could top my rubies up (needed around 50 to make it up to the 1000 required). First agent went awol on me and second one just bluntly said no. That experience allied to the slow pay outs has meant I very rarely deposit there now.

I always said that if Microgaming download casinos go - I will go too. And I did.
Only played 32Red flash to use up my balance and have hardly played ANY Microgaming slots since.
Look what the once biggest casino and biggest provider have done to themselves. It's actually quite sad 😪

Does anywhere still have the download casino? When I was there we were always under pressure to decommission it but we fought back. I know it takes a lot of effort from MG to support.

I heard the Casino Rewards group may still have it.

Spoke with their rep (Reena RA) about (can't remember, sometime last year??) and she said they were fighting tooth and nail to keep it going until the very end.

I only use VideoSlots these days and like KK have not played my beloved MG for as long as I can remember now, so they could have finally got rid of it and I missed any more recent information regarding this.

Still struggling to get over my 32 Red Friday night 100% deposit matches, heading for Immortal Romance with a juicy £50 starting balance :p

I dont play UK at all now. And yes for me the ending came around the time the UKGC starting to show the claws. And the demise of the MG download client. It was not perfect but it had a certain charm to it and the video poker was second to none. I remember always having at least 1 RTG 1 MG and 3dice installed back in the good old days.

32red was one of the first casinos I gambled at. It used to be my goto for years then starting to turn to shit. When they tried to put a spin on extended withdraw times the writing was on the wall.

Its just not the same today playing all "In browser" and the way slots/games are churned out there is nothing really of note. Even the cryptos i have played at which offer superior cs/ instant payouts and zero issue gaming cant really come close to the software as it was in the past.

Shame about 32red as they ruled online gaming for years and now - they are just another slow paying low RTP casino with nothing at all that is unique or special. Just the name from a by now distant past.

Even when a top rated site, their site was a mess - it was hard to navigate and seemed too busy most of the times

Now they're just a second rate gin joint, on a par with the likes of PlayOjo
Ouch.

Lottomart's better tbf :p
Absolutely. Sort the games by ‘studio’ and you’re away. Love the catalogue of games there and they only really need to add PlaynGo and they’ll pretty much have every game I want to play.

Then there’s the massive positive- Mark is at the helm.

P.S @Mark_Lottomart I’m loving the deposit bonuses you offer. As an ultra low roller they extend play time perfectly. Such bonuses are pretty hard to find these days.
