32 red proper withdrawal and verification procedure?

Hi I won £6000 on 32 red last Tuesday the week before 500 which was released straight away. On Tuesday night they asked me to verify cards which I did they then asked for source of funds on Thursday which I submitted straight away. I have heard nothing since can’t contact them etc can somebody please advise on how I esculate this ? The chat advisors keep saying there’s no time frame no escalations etc I raised a formal complaint yesterday which was logged and received please help

@Team2024 SOW verification is not like KYC. These can take a few days. But if they have a backlog, make it a week or worst case, 2 weeks.

So patience, that is all you need.

Make sure you can’t cancel pending withdraw and play your win

Some casinos stall as they are siding with the fact ; that maybe you are or could be a degenerate gambler and you will cancel withdraw and pump all win back ,

You have zero control over how long verifying your win will take , but me personally I’d make a mental note when you are paid , not to play there again.

Thank you the online chat is horrendous they just say the same things over and over I find it very strange they didn’t ask to verify £500 previously then £6000 they want everything to which I have submitted and fast

Unfortunately when a source of wealth check is triggered the casino can take several working days to verify and approve all submitted docs. As Jan points out above.

You sent in your docs on Thursday, so they have had Friday and Monday so far - if we are to count full days.

Hopefully everything will be done and dusted by Friday this week. PITA, but the casino has to adhere to the UKGC regulations.
