However I seem to have some issues this month as well, nothing that a new computer will fix since i have tried different ones on different connections.. Gold and Dr Magoo just wont appear... I did however get the other one - weird problem =/

At least they are one of the few casinos that DO care about their players, and give something material back to players.
Of course generosity will be good publicity if announced, but even if that would have been done by the casino itself it would still be generous.
It could have as well been you.. but by the negative tone in your post i would assume you weren't a good sport about your losses, and don't expect good things to come your way when your being negative...
Simple unwritten rules of good behavior will be rewarded, be it material or psychological.

You are having trouble getting new games to install, instead of fixing the problem they are going to send you a new laptop? So now anyone who is having problems with new games not installing, they can say "brutaldeluxe got a new laptop, I should get one too". When our old tv broke because someone who broke in yanked it at the mains and was disturbed, or what even happened when certain close family members here were diagnosed that they are in fact dying?

I for one think it is nice to hear that a casino is doing something like this for a player. Whether a "High Roller or Low Roller". It is not very often you hear of a casino doing something nice like this,and for other players to think they can make excuses to try and get a new lap top is absurd.

Can I see why some people are upset, sure, but why can't they be upset and still happy for the OP? 32red could have just as easily said,
"Sorry we tried to help and the problem seems to be on your end. Thanks for contacting us and if you need further assistance please do not hesitate to ask." But they chose to do something nice and help the player out. Lets not bash them for this. It was a nice gesture, and the OP chose to post about it. Which is their right to do so.

If I remember correctly, when Sadie was robbed, they sent him a new TV or something like that. So they do try and help out when possible, and knowing there is group out there that genuinely cares is something 32red should be proud of.

Weird as this may seem I didn't see any 32Red representative's at respective news conferences sporting "And we buy customers laptops" shirts, nor have I ever seen in any of their TV adverts - we give regular players real cash for Xmas and birthdays.

Do you honestly think that their publicity team would deem it good for business to buy a random player a laptop, hope they make a thread about it on a gambling forum and everyone reading it, either registers a new account or those that have accounts automatically think they are entitled to an expensive freebie.

Why is it, that every time a good news thread likes this gets posted someone has to come in and piss on the firework's with sour grapes crap based on the poor run they have experienced at the casino in question?. If losing leaves people with this bitter taste in their mouths - stop gambling, it really is that simple.

As you will be aware I have not logged into my account xxxxxx64 at 32red for several months. The reason is that I live in a listed building close to the town centre here in xxxxxxham. As it is gradeII listed, I am forbidden to have holes drilled in the wall, boxes or dishes fitted to the exterior etc. Until I last logged in, this wasn't an issue as I logged on using the 'Openzone' free WiFi facility in the nearby town centre. Unfortunately in their wisdom the town council granted planning permission for a low rise of 16 luxury apartments nearby. Once this erection was completed 4 months ago, I found that it blocked my WiFi signal out and that I had no choice but to stop playing for this reason, as the games I like were not available on the 3G phone casino.
Great news though! Today the apartments officially went on sale, having been fully fitted out and completed. They start from £185,000 for the 1-Bedroom lower floor ones to £375,000 for the two top penthouse ones each having 3 bedrooms. I have checked and there is no restriction on boxes, holes or drillings on the two top-floor ones. If I could avail myself of one of these as soon as possible, then I can resume playing hence. We only need a 20% deposit and can even make a small monthly contribution to the monthly mortgage payments, or if cash-only and purchased outright this would be even better as my gambling budget would increase thus.
Please let me know by return your proposals and any assistance to this regard in getting my account active again.

Have you tried turning security stuff off when d/l Nedplay, router firewalls / firewalls seldom block d/l's but still a possibility, I cannot think of any way a program cannot be d/l other than permission rights or security software blocking it, there are other reasons but not ones covering several laptops / PC's etc.

Ive tried everything! and Im Im buffled why it wont down
load.
I just re doenloaded Nedplay a week ago with no prob. I deleted the casino because I lost all sound to the casino but wouldnt re download afterwards.
I deleted 32Red and Dash and downloaded the software again and there was no problem.
I will try again maybe I missed something but I have never had this happen in the 3 years I been playing and no changes made to the computer.

Ive tried everything! and Im Im buffled why it wont down
load.
I just re doenloaded Nedplay a week ago with no prob. I deleted the casino because I lost all sound to the casino but wouldnt re download afterwards.
I deleted 32Red and Dash and downloaded the software again and there was no problem.
I will try again maybe I missed something but I have never had this happen in the 3 years I been playing and no changes made to the computer.

I have had this for a couple of isolated MGS downloads. I click download and nothing happens, no warning, error, etc. The problem turned out to be security software performing a "silent block" on a "dangerous website". It seems this comes from a third party list of "known danger sites", rather than the actual detection of malware. It also seems to do this silently, so the user doesn't get any indication as they would were the browser to have blocked it, such as the "bar" at the top of IE that asks "do you want to allow this ........... / do you want to download this file". I only got an error message when trying the "if your download didn't start, click here", and this error message identified that the content had been blocked by the security suite as a "dangerous site". Once I was able to identify the problem, I was able to override the block and download the casino in question.

The block made little sense, as it affected only one property of the operator, the others downloaded OK.

This scenario would explain how 32Red and Dash can be OK, yet Nedplay not.

Security software will update automatically, and so will Windows. It is possible that a user does not notice this, and believes nothing has changed since the last time.

Security suites often consider casino sites as "risky" by default, so it doesn't take much for one to get upgraded to "dangerous" and blocked altogether.

Switching off all security software and attempting again to download Nedplay would be a useful diagnostic, but remember to switch it back on IMMEDIATELY, even before installing the casino.
