A few weeks back Simmo posted something about playing Thunderstruck using Quick Spin, and I said that quick spin doesn't work on that, Spring Break or Ladies Nite.

But now, after only 3-years of regular MG slots play - I've sussed it!

However, I'm not quite as stupid as it may sound - it's another MicroGaming glitch!

I only ever play using autoplay, and on most of their slots you can click 'Options' then 'Quick Spin' during play and it instantly speeds it up. This never worked on the slots above, and I don't know why, but I always turned it off again when I found it had no effect.

But then I remembered something similar about Big Kahuna & Scull Duggery; The same thing happens on these slots, but if you leave 'Quick Spin' turned on it speeds up after you hit a feature round!

Tried that on Thunderstruck and Hey-Presto!!!

Something else I only found out today; On Dolphin Tale (and presumably other similar slots) in 'Expert mode' if you click on 'Lines' instead of the + & - underneath, the number of lines played jumps in batches of 5 i.e. 5, 10, 15, etc...
This will be VERY handy when the casino goes into 'Super Slow-Mo Mode' as seems to often happen on my PC!

Anyone else got any handy tips?

Suppose it's the same for that medicine man three chicken slot? I'll have to try it.

Tips and tricks bag: Change variance of game quickly by increasing coin size to max and clicking on the number of the line right or left of reels.. i.e. clicking on "5" makes it five lines, 7, 15, etc.

On the slots that don't give coin increases 5x per click (or was I not in expert mode?) anyway, instead of clicking through all the numbers to increase and decrease bet size, just raise coin size... duh 2p instead of 2 coins and 10p vs 2 nickles.

Might seem overly obvious but helpful for fast paced variance and betsize manipulations.

I used Quick-Spin quite extensively on games like Isis, Avalon, Katmandu...etc. , but I never felt the need for it on Tally-Ho. It moves quick enough. I say Tally-Ho because it's close to T-Struck and it's clones. I only played the "Big Three" on the flash casinos for some reason.

Hey!
I read this post several days ago and it inspired me. I was excited to look up the games that you mentioned, most of which I had not been familiar with previously. I thought that I might benefit as well if only I was able to conquer the quick spin technique. However, I had a miserable time trying to find the option. Too many dollars, three deposits, and hence one very disturbed husband later . . . victory was mine. (I was forced to significantly adjust my wager to such sickeningly low point, that I had almost given up on the implementation of my new skills and headed for the Galleria when . . . all of a sudden

Thank you so much KK!:)

This may just be me and I've never given this up to anyone before but CM members have helped me through their posts - A LOT - so:

In any MG casino, whenever my chips are down I go to HO HO HO. Sorry, I didn't save any screenshots, but when my chips had fallen to a few bucks, I have often gone to this game and, betting 15, 30 and 45 cents, have hit feature within feature many times. Once, on a 30 cent bet, I got 100 free spins, non-stop and went from a few dollars to over $40. 40 - 60 spins within a single feature is NOT uncommon.

I hope I haven't F'd myself and now I guess I might as well like to hear from anyone else who knows what I'm talking about.

I used to go to king kashalot or tunzamoni when I was about busted to recharge... dumb luck that's all... extreme high variance.

Okay... vegas tech... cash grab.. with max bet $10 coins...click the piss out of it, the last reel stops keep clicking, the second reel stops next spin, the last reel skips one, now with 2nd and 3rd reel stopped click exactly when the ding happens on the first, second and third reels and you will have three of what was on the last reel the first time you started the clicking frenzy. Or not. It will shut down the program about every 3 wins Or not, and guido will knock on your door or simply void your winnings for cheating:D Or you just go broke trying to rip off the machine, either way it's funny.

I might try that if I had money to burn - but maybe at Millionaire where the bet denomination goes up to
$25/coin - $75 max bet on Cash Grab? Kinda makes my ******* pucker a little! Mmmmmmm? And don't all the Vegas Tech 3 reels behave the same way???;)

LOLKK me too

As long as you mentioned It, I will too. I must admit I didnt realize you can use quick spin and you can on 3 dice as well. Ive been using it and it's much faster, especially on the Osbournes, thats really slow going w/o it

Prolly.

Here's what I'm gonna do next time I'm in Vegas on Vacation.

Put in a dollar, win a car. Put in another dollar, win another car:thumbsup:

I'll let you know how it goes.
