Question 21Casino delays Payment to Canada

Hi guys ! After 3 days waiting from 21Casino for my withdrawal I decided to contact them and they let me know that right now their department has some problem and they can’t send payment to Canada ( only Canada ) so I need to wait until the problem solved. And they don’t know when is it gonna be solved. Anyone from Canada has the same problem like me ?

Please just bear in mind that with the current situation Maja may have more pressing matters.

I know its a pain but sometimes it might be easier to try live chat again if there's no reply over the next couple of days.

First of all, I'm sorry for your inconvenience @Ntt26129. As I found out there was a technical issues with CAD Bank transfers, which should now be resolved. Can you please contact me privately with your username if your withdrawal is still unresolved?
