this is my first post here, nice to meet you all.
Last week I deposit on 21 Grand Casino and reedemed a coupon for a 777% promotion which i found rather interesting (see attached image), play a it got lucky and finished my wagering with a total of 1150 euro. Upon withdraw the bonus money was (as it should by the terms) forfeited and i was left with a total of money to cashout (see attached as well)
Now, it it pretty clear from the promotion that the maxium i can cahsout is 4 times the bonus amount which in my case means 230x4= 920 euro, but these bunch of people are changing their on terms saying i am entitled to cashout a maxium of 10 times the deposit so basically 300 euro.
I would like to ask you if any of you has managed situation likethis, unfortunately i read all the bad stuff about this casino and affiliates too late.
