2 Missing Certified Payments

Hi all!

I still have not received my first 3 Dice payment sent by certified mail on 4/23. I tracked it to my post office and they can not find it at all. I am due to receive a second wd sent on 4/30. I will be very concerned if second one "appears" lost too. Could the government be monitoring these certified letters?

What did the post office say? Have they initiated an investigation? Theft is not out of the question. (a few years ago, I had a 23" monitor 'disappear' before delivery. One year later a local carrier was arrested for mail theft.) I would think if it was 'confiscated' they would tell you?

Our mails are regularly xrayed and investigated if 'suspicious'. I don't know how often they go about opening our mails, tho.

no there not monitoring letters you should only check with dice first till they tell u other wise I M O

3 Dice has been awesome through all of this...they provided me with the tracking number that showed the mail made it to my post office. After that *poof* gone...I have filed an investigation with USPS.

Update

Payments have been received! I had to file a complaint with USPS to have them search for the first certified mail. I had to then keep hounding USPS as the promised to call back, etc. Took a week of persistant calling and finally found mail. I am glad it wasn't lost...3 dice still promised to make good on any lost payments...this is what you want from a quality online casino. 3 dice is a class act!

As a matter of fact---3 Dice DID replace a lost payment to me that had been scanned onto the delivery truck and never showed up again!
