Dear Community Managers/Moderators,
I am writing to formally request assistance regarding a serious issue with 1xbet affiliate program. As an affiliate partner who has successfully brought 241 depositing players to this platform, I am currently facing a recurring and highly suspicious pattern of negative earnings.
I have identified a specific player account (ID: 608xxx) that exhibits abnormal activity. This account, registered in 2023 but only active since 2025, has shown a consistent daily profit trend for over a month, with almost zero losses. I suspect this involves either bot-assisted betting or a potential exploit of the platform’s systems, which is directly draining my affiliate commission through "negative carryover" tactics.
Despite my repeated attempts to seek clarification and resolution from the affiliate manager, my inquiries have been completely ignored. I have attached detailed player reports that prove the suspicious activity and the systematic depletion of my earnings.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter or facilitate a response from the affiliate program management. I am committed to fair partnership and seek a transparent resolution.
Best regards,
Mustafa

Hi Mustafa,

Did you watch the matches Saturday?

Do they have a reference in their terms that winnings players will be put in quarantaine untill losses are brought back? This is quite common.

Find the term and ask the program why he is not removed from your account?

Dear l&l , when I studied mathematics, my teacher told me that it's impossible to throw a vow and have it turn out to be 6 every day for a month.

well i had 4 winnings days in a row last week all from a 500 bonus i got on monday while taking out almost 50k.

So nothing is impossible :)

Im referring to terms of aff programs. Many programs state: if players wins more that e.g. 5k euro, we put player in quarantaine until funds are back.

If he is winnings so much, why don't they do that?

well what do you expect.. there are numerous reviews out there saying how 1xbet didn't pay customers for whatever reasons, a lot more than other bookies. also, as affiliates we are always tempted to work with the "established" big brands, but they are the ones who bully everyone around. when a smaller website/ brand approaches us we tell them "why would we bother with you when we have deals with the big operators" or we tell them we only work with them under x, y, z conditions (which effectively mean no deal given how difficult it is for a start-up), I guess there is some sort of karma out there. trouble is, there's not much you can do about it and the relationship has lost all of the trust now. when i was working at bet365 i remember if someone forgot they had an account and opened another one, sometimes they would tell them to use the old account, but some other times they would say, it's fine to use your new account, we will close your older one (i think also exposed to the affiliate angle there).

The player is still winning daily, and when I contact support, I'm threatened with permanent account closure. The whole thing is out in the open. It's clear that this company, 1xbet, doesn't care about anyone.

since I know when I used 1xbet they restricted my stakes because I was winning on sports, I can tell you that this is suspicious like you said.
