I could not locate anyone from 123 Bingo.Is it still a SOL "casino" or is it off the list?
 
Thank you for the necessary info, your PAB has been submitted to the casino rep for comments. I'll let you know as soon as I have something to discuss.
 
Still never heard anything.They even called and congratulated me on an amazing win....asked me for delivery information.....after more than two months they have paid zero.....

Please be patient. These things do take time... sometimes weeks... months... However there is some hope that as TawniVirtual is aware of your problem maybe this PAB won't take ages to resolve. Hang in there... don't post about your problems with the casino and let Max do his thing. :thumbsup: If you've not heard anything from Max or Bingo123 (remember to check your Junk mail) in another week, please shoot Maxd a private message or email.
 
FWIW there has been no response from the casino people on this issue.

As it happens the same applies to a couple other Virtual/Ace Revenue issues I've submitted to them over the past several weeks. Don't know if there's a general problem here or not, time will tell.
 
Update: I've just been informed that there was an unexpected problem with the usual lines of communication on these outstanding Virtual/Ace Revenue issues. The problem has been solved so apparently we'll be hearing back soon. Further updates to follow.
 
After the big push to get taken off of rogue status, it would seem that some things never change. Understand max said there was a problem with communication, obviously not sure on who's end, but regardless the people at fault (casino) received information on 9/11RIP , and I would assume the casino would have there own follwup mechanism including reminders if this issue was important enough.
 
I have received the details of the OP's case from the casino and brought the case to a close.

Note to the OP: if you're going to go through all the trouble of filing a PAB you'd be well advised to not misrepresent the circumstances. Also, when you take a "Slots Only" bonus don't spend 80%+ of your time playing Keno and Poker. :what:

It was advertised as a "no rules bonus" I explained to you specifically after the 2 months 123 Bingo claimed,and what they did.If your going to be a tool of certain criminal syndicates operating as casinos please stop advertising like you are some kind of fair play advocate,,,,,123 Bingo broke every rule you claim to oppose....enjoy your dirty money......
