It's that simple and totally risk free!

( then it goes on to say we have thousands of satisfied customers,,yadda yadda )

then at the bottom it says:

No strings but conditions apply! LOL

I just called and the idiot goes on to say....there are no strings attached..until you try to withdrawel!! LOL :what:

then...it's 60x playthrough

LOLOL
I said..you're nuts and he hung up on me~~ :D

these are the terms from the site:

CD Promotions
Bonuses obtained through the installation of the FREE CD are subject to the following terms and conditions: The bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 60 times. Wagers placed on roulette, craps and baccarat do not count towards meeting the wagering requirement with every $1 wagered on blackjack or video poker counting as 50 cents.

The maximum withdrawal amount for CD bonuses is $1,500. Any withdrawals exceeding this amount will be deducted from the player's balance.

60x WR is by all means pretty severe, but it's FREE. With that in mind seems like a very good offer to me, I'd give it a go if they sent me a CD.

Jeeeeze - I bet you're glad you didn't get a bonus WITH strings attached!
What would the WR be then - 300 times???

In which case there are strings attached. You can't withdraw it unless blah blah. Sounds like a good way of building up a gamblers mailing list

We do however now have one part of the equation required for finding out how long a piece of string is though. Its 60x ... (?) For that alone we should be eternally grateful.

60 times ia not too much for a 100$ bonus.
Please give me your e-mail address - and I'll send you all the offers I get that are over x25.

I wouldn't touch them with a very long barge pole - so you are welcome to have them!

Am I missing something here? 60x WR is high for sure, but this is free money right? No deposit bonus? How can anyone complain about not getting enough for nothing? And it's far from impossible to clear, one big hit would take care of the WR

It's not the wagering that I had a problem with on free money~~

its the NO STRINGS ATTACHED BULL CRAP!!!!! ( VERY MISLEADING and deceiving for a casino )

I also got the Crystal Palace CD in the mail the other day. I actually thought it was quite generous. Most RTG free chip bonues only allow you to cashout the chip itself, or maybe 5x the chip. Unfortunately, I busted out maybe a quarter of the way thru the WR.

Funny thing though, the NEXT day, I got yet ANOTHER free cd from Crystal Palace,....with the same letter!!,......same offer!!,.....but a DIFFERENT code to redeem. So I thought what the heck, I tried to redeem it, and it actually let me. I thought the chances of them honoring the withdrawal were pretty slim though, so I made alot of risky bets....actually got my balance a little over $400, but eventually busted.

I wonder if they would have actually honored the withdrawal had I finished the WR? True, I used the promo twice, but they did send me 2 different cd's out with 2 different codes. In their T & C's it says that EACH promo offer is available only once per person, family, household, blah blah blah. I could argue that I received 2 seperate offers with 2 seperate codes. I know its all after the fact now, but it would have been interesting to see if they would have honored my withdrawal had I cashed out on the second CD. Crystal Palace setting itself up for more "grey area" bonus headaches.

Needless to say, I look forward to checking the mail tomorrow :D

Since Crystal Palace is connected to Virtual,I think you guys might have been able to withdraw successfully if TED was still working there. I am not so sure now.

Well guys I also recieved the CD and agree with the few of you that said it didn't sound bad. I am all for 'free' money no matter what the wr is. I had a great time playing over the last 2 days and tonight met the wr and cashed out $1000. Got a Royal Flush and was dealt a 4oak on three hand bonus delux. Now the waiting game. Of course I never dreamed that I would actually meet the requirements but now I am wondering if I will get paid. I set it up through Neteller and they said 3-7 business days. Any hope I will see it??

Very nice result Venetian!

I reckon you'll get paid. Can't be very many people successfully get through that WR. Let us know how it works out....

I was just hung up on by Crystal Palace Support. I called asking the status on my withdrawal and he said it had been denied although I had met my WR and was back in my account. I asked how could that be? He said that it had been in pending too long. I asked again how could that be if they said that it took 3-7 days and it had only been 4-5 days? He said that the system automatically denies everything that has been pending too long. I asked why am I being punished that seems like your fault. He said just request it again, I asked how long will it take? He said 3-5 working days. I said then from what you just told me it will be in pending too long. He said don't worry, I said but I am I don't think I'll get paid and he hung up. Does anyone know anyone I can talk too? Some of you play there and recieve your withdrawals. Any advice?

Is a shame to hear that :(

My opinion, not sure that it's worth much, but I'd do the following. Email them and ask them about the status of your withdrawl, basically the same thing you did on the phone, why it's been put back in your account - just so you can get the whole pending/rewithdrawal thing they told you about in writing. Submit the withdrawal again, if the same happens the next time, or for any other reason they don't pay, try a PAB.

Regardless, if he meets their T&Cs in full they should pay him in full. It's not apparent that they won't yet, but he has every right to expect that they do.

I am of the same opinion. If you are marketing your casino for new prospective customers you have to take the good with the bad. Most will lose but some will win. If you treat the winners well you have someone that will continue to play...an eventually lose. I was one step aheah and did fire off an email to Oliver Curran CRM. This was the response

Thank you for your email.

Your withdrawal will be processed as soon as possible. There seems to be a delay in the accounts department.

Your withdrawal will be processed.

If you have any other enquiries please don't hesitate to call our support team.

Thank you

I agree they should pay... but that scam should have been evident from the start. Nobody's gonna actually give a hundred dollars away and let you win more with it. Shouldn't be surprised at all. Just make pretend you were playing in "fun" mode.. cuz that's what it really was when you come down to it. They have no intentions of paying anyone!

Well, I've been paid from no deposit bonuses, I was paid on a no deposit bonus by Sci-Fi last week, who I understand have a questionable reputation, in about 12 hours. The amount in question was a whopping $50, but still, I was impressed. And they sent me another ND bonus a few days later.

I'd agree that they're likely to scrutinise a withdrawal like that pretty harshly, and will probably be pretty zealous in trying to find a reason not to pay. And I'm aware this particular casino group have a fuzzy reputation. But I'm still optimistic enough to think that they wouldn't release the promo if they had zero intention of paying these bonuses out to anyone. We'll see anyway, if they pay, and if they don't, what reason they give - hopefully Venetian will report back.
