The casino may have gotten away without paying you, but that thread is still here in the archives somewhere for other potential customers to find. Negative comments in message boards haunt them for many years, so you may still get the last laugh... Just not your ca$h.

What the heck are you talking about? No one forgot about you. You had a claim you wanted me to present to Montana - but it was more or less bogus. I'm not wasting my time with this.

If you sign up at a casino, please read the T&Cs - that's your responsibility. If you do not agree to their terms, then don't play there. If they enforce any clauses in their T&Cs that you don't like, that's tough titty since you chose to play there. If you are dealing with casinos that haven't had the best track record, then "buyer beware".

You received your deposits back so it's even-steven. I did a hell of a lot on my end getting things straight. Don't come here acting all innocent as if you don't know what I'm talking about or nothing was up.

    what???

Even-Steven??? You call getting my deposit back but losing my 900 in winnigs even? That doesn't sound fair to me  And a bogus claim? What are you kidding me? I sent you a chat script in which the casino was going to rip off but yet another customer!!! You call that bogus??? ha ha ha Funny
I appreciate all your help in the issue but come on don't call my claim bogus when it was not. And I did read the T and C. And even talked to live support and asked them if I could be a new player at this casino since I did have an account with 5 Roses already. The only thing bogus here is the Casino!!!

Bruce is right at least this will help with other people not getting ripped off. Glad he didn't jump all over me like the Casinomeister did. That reminds me who pays you again? Lets' be fair now...

You gave me a chat script that belonged to someone else. I was under the impression that this was yours when I contacted both RTG and Montana about this. This chat seesion was "Donna's" not yours.

Montana Disputes initially ruled in the casino's favor. I have no less then 10 emails to RTG and Montana concerning your situation, I even spoke to them in person about this. All this even though you provided no emails to support your claim. You just had what they told you over the phone. So what am I supposed to do with this? Lest we forget, in the past I have convinced Montana to overturn their rulings when I have come up with additional evidence to support the player.

You should have known better to not rely on phone conversations. You should have had everything in writing. You got your deposit back, so yeah it's even steven. They didn't get your money - you didn't get theirs.

What I don't appreciate is you coming here acting like you and soooooo many other players are ripped off and forgotten about. I don't need this shit.

I also don't like the off-handed comment "That reminds me who pays you again?" That's a bit out of line. I spend a hell of a lot of time assisting people for diddly squat, and you know this.

    ok

Ok the chat scipt I sent you was proof that this casino would pull the same scam they pulled on me to this other person. I sent it to you as proof to show Montana that this casino was indeed frauding players. It is 100% proof that this casino is a crook. Thats what I was proving and did with this chat script. Now I did make the mistake of taking the word of "their" customer serice people on the phone. But come on what am i supposed to do record every single conversation that I have with an olnline casino's customer service department? Now is that fair? Of course not. These guys robbed me and there is no doubt about it. It's amazing how you can say that they didn't take any money from me. Do you forget that I took my time to play and meet their terms and conditions and won 900 dollars? You must be really rich and think that winning 900 bucks is a joke. Because you keep saying that they didn't take anything from me and I didn't take anything from them and thats fair! Them not paying me the money that I made there is not fair. That was my winnings and they just get away with it because they're bogus!

And don't say they are not scam artists! They didn't even give me my deposit back until you got on them! How bad is that???? :(

And other players have been ripped off and forgotten about. Many other people. How many times have we read on this site alone that someone plays at one of these "Curran" casinos and wins and never gets paid! Many, Many times! And what happens...nothing....they don't get paid....they're forgotten about....never see a dime....

You call me wanting the money I won fair and square shit? 900 in winnings shit?

Now I appreciate all the help you gave me. I appreciate you getting my 100 dollar deposit back. That was very kind of you. But don't call my other 900 that I didn't get paid shit. Not fair at all....

Here's the deal: if I'm going to approach a software provider or casino operator with a player problem that has already been looked at and ruled on, I need some black and white concrete evidence or it ain't gonna fly. I did not have this from you. And yes, I still believe that anything agreed to over the phone needs to be confirmed in writing. That is a normal business procedure, and I'm sure most people do this even when calling up your phone company with a question about your phone bill.

Consider this as a lesson learned. Always - always get things in writing.

And even though you spent a lot of time working on getting this $900, it was negated by the casino implementing their terms and conditions. Nothing I can do about that. To imply that it's just chump change to me because I'm so "rich" is coming from left field. $900 could put a pretty good dent in my wish list. If I were rich, I wouldn't have a wish list.

Think what you must, but you can't believe everything that you read in the forums. Many players who have bitched and moaned about the Crystal Palace casinos (I said many - not all) had breached the casinos' terms and conditions. Many of these players are venting. If these players feel that they are 100% right, they need to contact Montana Disputes. If they have a problem with that - then they can always contact me.

I think the "shit" that Meister was referring to is when people assume why they didn't get paid is because he didn't try hard enough. He wasn't saying that your $900.00 wasn't worth the effort. Don't lose sight of who the bad guys are here.... and Bryan is not one of them.

    ok but...

Contact Montana who is paid by who? Come on everyone knows RTG pays them. Are they really 100% fair. I doubt that. And your saying that everyone has a recorder and records even their calls to phone companies? That is reaching. And I did live up to their terms and conditions. At the time that I played there, there was nothing stated about playing at 5 Roses casino and then playing at their casino and them being linked with 5 Roses and that you would not be considered a new player there because you had played at 5 Roses casino in the past. I called them and asked them if they were linked to any other casions and they told me they use to be 5 Roses. I said ok well I have an account there and they stated that wouldn't be a problem and that I would in fact be considered a new player and have no problems here and even get the new sign up bonus because this was a new casino. I deposited and they added the bonus and I met there T and C and they scrwed me in the end. What if I had lost? I guarantee they keep my deposit. It was a no lose situation for them because they're crooks!

Ok here is a good point for you. I went to their live support and recorded a conversation and sent it to you. How come that is not as good as a phone converstaion? Should we all not pay attention to what their live customer service reps say? Should we ignore that? Or not even bother with that?

I proved in my conversation that this casino was more than willing to screw this person "Donna" over Isn't that enough proof? What else does Montana want? Do you want me to have this person make a deposit then collect the "new sign up offer bonus" and play and then cash in and be screwed over? Would that do it? Would I then get paid because I proved that this casino once again used the same scam on someone else?

Proof of some other player's events is NOT proof of your own. You can either prove what happened to you, or you can abide by Montana's decision.

I think you owe Casinomeister an apology. And consider yourself lucky that I apparently still don't have access to the vacation giveaway button.

    not saying....

Don't think he is a bad guy at all. But didn't like his response to my post. 900 is alot of money. And if he didn't get paid he wouldn't be happy either. And he called my chat script bogus? It wasn't bogus at all. It proved the casino as being crooks. I appreciate all the work he does. But don't get on me when I'm the one being screwed over. And don't ay it's even. Because I was screwed bottom line. I didn't get the 900 that I won fair and square. Thats being screwed.

    crooks

Might not be proof of my own events but damn well proof that this casino is willing to rip off other customers! Now is it not?

And apoligize? I said I have nothing against the Casinomeister. I appreciate all the work he does. But I don't like the bogus statement at all. The chat script was far from bogus. It is proof that this casino is crooks.

I know that I won't get paid. I know I have been done wrong by Curran and his crook casinos.

I just wanted to state that players like me who have done no wrong eventually are forgotten about. And that is just not right.

And as far as Montana. How could I possibly trust them? When they are paid by RTG? And it was a RTG casino who robbed me of my winnings?

    What Happens to.....?????

I don't record calls with my phone company when inquiring about my bill. I wouldn't say thats standard practice for customers to record phone calls, maybe it is for businesses but as players we are customers. So T-doggy maybe you got a point here. so you called american grand and told them you had played at 5 roses and they told you that you can do the new player sign up bonus. So you win and then they break out the T&C's after the fact. You then complain to Montana and lose. Meister gets you you deposit back. Then you record a transcript with american grand live help. you use a girlfriend who had also played at 5 roses and now askes if she can qualify for the new player sign up at american grand. and american grand says yes you qualify as a new player and are entiled to get the bonus. How can this fact about the casino not rise to the top of this issue? and this was even after they knew what you had claimed. Somebody who has played at 5 roses and hasn't played at american grand get on live chat and see if you qualify for the new player bonus. If you do T-doggy should get paid and they should be repremanded.

Maybe we should make a list of standard practices for players as well.

In any case, my golden rule is - do NOT make any agreements over the phone without getting something in writing or email.

I'm not saying that Tdoggy should or shouldn't have done something - but the "proof" he provided does not relate to his own case. And I'm certainly not going to defend that group of casinos.

Make it a habit, guys. Get screeenshots. Get email confirmation. Don't take anyone's word for it over the phone.

Tdoggy - no one is arguing about the amount of money. Keep in mind, however, that Casinomeister does NOT owe ANYONE an answer under any circumstances - he offers this service out of the kindness of his heart, and to give him flak for what you didn't get is well out of order, that is why you owe him an apology. On top of that, you implied that he was being bought - which is why you actually owe him another apology.

Bruce - I can't push a button I don't have :) But I sort of like the idea of giving away free vacations - in fact, I actually DID at one point, but you had to book 30 days in advance and listen to a two-hour presentation! Nowadays, it's a lot simpler - I press a button, and someone gets to go on a virtual vacation to any destination of their choice except the Casinomeister Forums.

The problem is, I can't find the button :( No fun at all!

Tdoggy - sorry you lost your $900 winnings. But I have to ask: you're a regular poster here, been around a while and you know the score with these casinos so why on earth were you playing there in the first place?

I have to add, that in the past I have offerred a mediation service (in another industry) to people for free and it really sticks in the throat when they then come back and have a go at me because i didn't get the result they wanted.

Although it was only a minority, it makes you realise just how ungrateful people can be so i threw in the towel, and glad i did. I think you owe CM an apology too and consider how impolite your posts are coming over. Or sign up for the OPU - you'd fit right into their forums of bitterness in this state :D

    Cheers

I have to say, I've also been there, done that, which is why I no longer go there, do that :) It's also why I don't join committees any more - everyone wants a bit of power, and no one can talk sense to anyone else!

Bruce - Vortran just showed me where the button is :) Seems he pushed a few too many buttons of his own while Casinomeister was away and in the process hid some of those gadgets from me!

Ok, but there's a very, VERY big "but" here:

BUT, as you, I and many others know, the Crystal Palace terms are set out to entrap players into no-win situations. You're barred at one, you're not bonus-entitled at ANY. BUT this doesn't stop him spamming you with personalized emails from his other operations: $2000, $5000 bonuses - the lot.

You will never see a penny other than your deposit back if you win, because you are "not entitled".

Here with have another problem, but with EXACTLY the same result. The player won $900, and got...his deposit back.

THIS is how friend You-Know-Who makes his money. If you lose, great; if you win, OK, here's your deposit back.

And a small clarification: it ISN'T even-steven; the casino has profited because they are $900 better off. If he had lost, the casino would have happily snaffled up his deposit.

Tdoggy has every right to be seriously pissed off, but not with Bryan, who is not at fault as he can do nothing, but with the casino for entrapping him with what seems to be a false claim that he was entitled to return as a new player, with a new signup bonus.

Tdoggy is at fault for playing at a Crystal Palace casino in the first place, however. Fella, exactly WTF were you thinking? You read the boards - did you miss their repuation somewhere?
