10 High Hold 'Em?

Does this screen shot look wrong? Or I am missing something fundamental about this new game?

Yup

It seems like your Ace value is 1 ...not 14?!
And the screenshot show that you have a 3 of a kind ...against dealer's full house?!
...that doesn't make sense.

Or did i miss something?!

Anyway... here is a rules (by Golden Casino)

Read the fine print. You must use at least 1 of your hole cards to qualify. For the bonus, you must use both.

Notice in your screenshot that the board plays, and neither of your cards are used.

This is confirmed at: Link Removed ( Old/Invalid)

Initial Bet: Players hand is formed by using his/ her hole cards in combination with the community cards. At least one of the Player's hole card must be used to form a winning combination.

You are all wrong!

The error with this screenshot is that this player has made a deposit, and is playing, at GOLDEN CASINO:D

The "hole card" rule is affecting the chances, however not holding the dealer to the same rule, AND not mentioning it, moves the HE further in favour of the dealer, especially noticeable when the 5 community cards are a pat hand of some quality.

Wow! It's strange! You should be winner this hand cause you have Ace kicker!

its the fineprint, as vwm said:
You have to use one hole card for win or even for split pot.
you simply didnt qualify.

If it's Hold 'Em (and this is Hold 'Em!) - aka23 should be winner this hand.
I had never seen more strange rule when with fullhouse on flop player busts with high card (Ace) higher than dealer have! :puke:

If this was real texas hold'em the pot should have been split as both player and house have the same five card hand.

Now, as he has to use at least one hole card the best hand he can make is a Three of a kind with ace and queen as kickers. Gotta admit it's a really wierd game though.

No, no, no! A poker hand is only 5-cards.
When the winning hand consists of 5 cards (e.g. Full-House, Straight or Flush) kickers don't come into the equation.

Seems just an oversight in writing the rules, rather than a deliberate 'rip-off' game.
But anyway, how often does the board form a 5-card winning hand... 1 in 1000..?
(I not a poker expert)

Hardly an oversight, but not necessarily a rip-off game. Just wierd, I think.

How often would depend on your play, but often enough to make a big difference. This does not only apply to big hands like straights and full houses.

For example:
Player: 55
Dealer: 22

Board: A K K 7 A
Dealer wins

Player: T9
Dealer: 78

Board: 2 2 A K J
Dealer wins

So does that make the house edge of the game:

EDIT: I see others have estimated the odds of a draw in two-player hold'em at 4.07%. This is significantly above my summed estimate.
