Apparently

It is spam of course, but how ridiculous is this? Never had an account there anyway, they seem shady to me.

If they take UK customers I should get them done for false advertising

Is it definately from the casino and not an affiliate? Click on the email address in your client whats it say for the domain name.

It is from an affiliate. It's not really a serious complaint, its too ridiculous a piece of spam for that :eek2:

What a truly crap piece of spam especially the last sentence whoever wrote this must be an illiterate idiot!

This kind of stuff really pisses me of. Should notify the casino of such rubbish being sent.
I pity any gimps who actually fall for this!

Response from Prime Gaming

Hi,

My name is Shai and I am an affiliate manager here at Prime Gaming. We are looking thoroughly into this matter. We do not approve spam on any of out brands. Would appreciate if anyone could post the link that is connected with our brands so we can track down the affiliate and stop him from spamming.

I am available here for any questions you may have.

Wishing you happy holidays,
Shai

I would urge fun4all to provide the source of where he received the mail from, if possible, so we can track the affiliate sending it out and put a stop to it.

I received a similar email.

it was sent from Chloe O'Sullivan <no-replay@destiny-simple.com>
and the link forwarded me to xxx.primeslots.com/en-GB/?AR=10002775&prc=16631_0&subid=PRIME__4_1213347118

Good the see the casino rep here prepared to try locate this spammer! I get so much shite through in the past from affiliates that I skipped email addys and only every use a certain one for reputable casinos these days.
Mass mailing is by now one of the least successful forms of marketing. And the idiots who waste there time thinking that by sending out to 10,000 purchased emails that it will convert into $$$ are seriously deluded.

They DO accept UK players, and there must be some basis for this £1,000,000 offer, but it has been spun out of all recognition by these spammers.

As a UK facing operation, Prime needs to get REALLY tough with these affiliates, no slaps on wrists and polite warnings, as if so much as ONE recipient was to forward this to the ASA, it would be enough to get Prime in the proverbial, where they will join a surprising number of UK facing casinos that have yet failed to adjust to the requirements of the UK regime.

it maybe due to some affiliate misinterpreting this (probably) misleading banner on their website

I can't find any info in the promotions page, as to what game the 110 free spins are for. But I'd guess it's highly unlikely to be on any slot with a £1,000,000 jackpot

weird...

to consider jackpotsize as bonus giveaway...?

maybe some operators should executesome basic checks on basic smartness of some basic affiliates...? just an idea. some are really ruining the reputation of their partners...
