Erik, you had redesigned your website, but still didn't added Promotions anywhere. I receiving emails about promotions, but sometimes I don't get them, but see on other websites. Any plans about that?

Thank you for the feedback,

With the new design we added the Bonus-o-meter as a constant promotion, where you get rewards based on different acomplishments. Aswell from time to time you will see promotions in the inbox in the top right corner of the lobby (when you create an account you will find information about the FDB there). But I will for sure bring back the feedback regarding more clear information about what promotions are running.

Made a handful of deposits at Thrills since joining approx 6 months back.

All good from my end, dropped lucky in early days of membership hitting a decent cashout which was processed and paid to my bank card, hassle free and extremely quickly too!

KYC was smooth and painless too and support seem 'on the ball' and willing to help every time :)

Ukash is avalible on Thrills Mobile, and we have after feedback lowered the min bet for the Bonus-o-meter to 0.4 €£$ or 4 sek/nok

Ah nice to see Thrills joining the BBF. I know Superlenny due to their sponsorship of football Bundesliga-team Paderborn. I joined Thrills about a month ago and there is simply nothing to complain about - absolutely top-notch from game-selection, to freespins (payed a cash), to very quick payments (usually less then 2 hours to skrill), sweet design of their homepage and so on.

Yesterday my Pontoon games froze a couple of times (Firefox & Chrome) - hope this technical hiccup will be sorted out quickly.

I wish Thrills all the best for the BBF. They will be accredited in no time anyway.

Update regarding the bonus-o-meter

Hi

Just an update regarding the bonus-o-meter

Now player can choose different min bet levels according to their preference. All you need to do is to contact support.


- Only criteria is that you have *Not* yet started the competition.

Wow quick actions n response - thank you!!

My mobile is an old donkey so cant play there, plus prefer desktop for comfort n screen size etc.
I keep fingers x'ed they can maybe sort Ukash on DT in future :)

The only tiny criticism I would have, is that the games can sometimes be a bit laggy.

Although not normally as bad as it's been this afternoon, really bad lag, and constant disconnections, made for a very un-enjoyable playing experience.

There was, however, a pop-up message after a while, apologising for the issues, so I'll forgive them this time, lol

I have a quick question for the Thrills rep.

I have just had a go at getting a bonus via the new Gonzo bonus bar.

I reached level one, and was told I will be getting some free spins tomorrow. I spent a fortune trying to get two bonus rounds and they were awful :eek:

In the meantime. What denomination will my spins be? Also, will winnings have wagering? Cannot see this anywhere..

What I really dont like about this site that the bonus terms are hidden. I cant find it ..
And when I am clicking on live support nothing happens for me...

EDIT: So maybe anyone can tell me what are the wagering requirements on this site ?
 
I mentioned this in live chat before as a recommendation about having a self service with regards to responsible gaming as currently it can only be done trough live chat.

I much prefer to do my deposit limits manually as I constantly change them dependant on my budget. If there was this option I would play more, it just seems like a hassle as it is the now.

Hi

On the front page of Thrills.com you have the "read more" section underneath the bonus offer. I do however see now that there is no link to the same area once you are logged in which of course we will need to update. If you PM me your username I will check which bonus you are eligible for and what the WR is for the that specific one

Have not deposited much at either Thrills or their sister, but the few occasions i dealt with the support, or Bruno or Erik, i found them very professional and kind.

Plenty of games, also seem to do a lot of decent bonuses on the whole.
Haven't seen much issues, i don't see anything against accreditation personally!
Unfortunately haven't been lucky there, so wasn't able to check the withdrawal speed, but from what I've read so far, they seem to be a bit above par.

Will try to visit more often.
Maybe the addition of some Williams games would help? :)

Anyway, they have my blessing :thumbsup:

Had my biggest hit ever on Thrills also when i needed it the most to. Banned to account though bcs their payouts were soo freakin slow back in oktober/november

I have been having that problem too, though mostly just at Thrills.

My major issue with Thrills is that I just cannot seem to win.. ever...

I know it is not their fault but I literally find it to be my unluckiest casino atm...

Maybe my luck will change soon :eek2:

Last night deposited £20 and I literally won the most I ever have at any casino, more than I have ever had either for that matter... I am excited but always hold off being super happy till I receive the funds..

Now lets see how withdrawal goes... Still reversible atm

Been a few days now, so wondered if you have a response to my dilemma via pm? I know you may not be relying on my business, but in all honesty, I would have deposited a fair amount at Thrills and Superlenny over the past 2 weeks if not for this issue.

I know you're probably swamped with the BOF and other customers atm, but it would be awesome for both of us if we could finally resolve this so I can get back to being the good little loyal player I once was, lol.

I know you've been trying to sort it out, and I appreciate your efforts thus far, however I'm hoping we can keep trying and not throw it in the too hard basket just yet. ;)
