Music Hall Review
Well managed Microgaming Casino
Casinomeister's Verdict
As you’ll see from this Music Hall Casino review, they have a solid track record in the online casino world and some solid licensing jurisdictions to back up. Plus, their team is accommodating and professional, as the Casino Rewards Group owns them.
No Complaints
From the desk of Max Drayman
Music Hall Casino is one of the older, well established Casino Rewards properties with the same exemplary record when it comes to player complaints: zero (!) formal complaints via our Player Arbitration (PAB) service since I stepped into that post in 2007. As to issues on the forums there have been exceedingly few and none that weren’t resolved quickly, typically within 24 hours. As with all the other Casino Rewards properties much credit needs to go to their outstanding rep — Renee — and her willingness to prioritise any issues that do arise. She is one of the few reps that actually prefers I message her a complaint summary so she can get to the issue quicker than going through normal email channels. Top marks all around!
First Impression
The head of Casinomeister himself joined Music Hall Casino back in 2005. He was part of the Casino Profit Share group. They had great offers and paid quickly back then. Twelve years later, payouts take longer.
2018 we wrote: “And in 2018, it is still pretty much the same casino. It hasn’t changed much except for newer games and ownership. Casino Rewards purchased Music Hall Casino in 2008, which was a semi-PR mess. Casino Rewards could have done a better job at announcing the takeover. But that was then; this is now.”
And, in 2023, the online casino will be the same. They still offer the same online casino games, all their slot games are from Microgaming, and they still offer the same downloadable software client – something that’s, admittedly, pretty much redundant today. However, they do have stronger licensing.
Today, Music Hall Casino is regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority and Kahnawake Gaming Commission. If you come from the UK, you’ll get redirected to their UK-facing casino: Luxury Casino. If you’re in Germany, you’ll get sent to Cosmo Casino, their newest brand.
Music Hall Casino offers a variety of games, including Baccarat, Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, Slots, and Table games. The casino is mainly known for its extensive selection of slots, which includes classic 3-reel slots, 5-reel video slots, and progressive jackpot slots. The casino also offers a variety of table games and video poker games, catering to players with different preferences and skill levels.
The casino supports multiple languages: Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, English, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Latvian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Slovenian, Spanish, and Turkish. To kick off this review, we will look at the site’s best bonuses and promotions.

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
In the following sections of this Music Hall review, we will show you some of the online casino’s main deposit bonuses. We’ll look at their first deposit bonus, second deposit bonus, all the way to the site’s bonus code offerings and no-deposit free spins – if any. Let’s see what the casino has to offer!
Exclusive offers
Welcome Offer
Music Hall Casino offers a generous welcome bonus to new players, providing a substantial kickstart to your online gambling experience. Rather than offering the bonus all at once, Music Hall Casino distributes it over your first five deposits, which is, in essence, a five-party deposit bonus.
Upon making your first deposit, you will receive an impressive 100% match bonus of up to $150. If you deposit $100, you will receive an additional $100 in bonus funds, giving you $200 to play with. This is a great way to double your initial deposit – and while the terms and conditions are pretty strict, as is the case at all Casino Rewards Group casinos – it’s a generous bonus nonetheless.
The bonuses continue with your subsequent four deposits. On your second deposit, you will receive a 50% match bonus of up to $250. If you deposit $200, you will receive an additional $100 in bonus funds.
Your third deposit will attract a 30% match bonus up to $200, while your fourth deposit will get you a 20% match bonus up to $200. This means that if you deposit $100 on your third deposit, you will receive an additional $20; if you deposit $100 on your fourth deposit, you will receive another $100 to your bonus balance!
Finally, your fifth deposit will give you a 50% matched deposit bonus of up to $200. If you deposit $1500, you will receive an additional $150 bonus funds.
You can receive up to $1000 in bonus funds over your first five deposits at Music Hall Casino. This is substantially more significant than what we see at many online casinos, and it’s an excellent way to begin your Casino Rewards Group journey!
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
At the time of writing, we could not find any no-deposit bonus code offers or any no-deposit free spins. We doubt this will change shortly, but we will update this review accordingly if it does.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Casino Rewards Group VIP Program
In addition to the generous welcome bonus, Music Hall Casino offers a lucrative VIP scheme through the Casino Rewards Loyalty Program. As a member of this program, you will be rewarded regularly with high payouts and lucrative bonuses.
The Casino Rewards Loyalty Program is the internet’s number one loyalty program, offering a range of benefits to its members. These may include exclusive bonuses and promotions, priority customer service, and access to VIP-only events.
As a Casino Rewards Loyalty Program member, you will earn loyalty points every time you play at Music Hall Casino. These points can be redeemed for bonus credits, which you can use to play your favourite games. The more you play, the more points you earn, and your VIP status will increase.
The VIP status has additional benefits, including bigger bonuses, priority support, personal VIP hosts, and more. This means the more you play at Music Hall Casino, the more rewards you will receive.

Banking & Payment Methods
Music Hall Casino offers a variety of deposit methods designed to cater to the needs of players from around the world. Like most online casinos, Music Hall allows you to make deposits and withdrawals – and play – in several currencies, including Canadian Dollars, Euros, British Pounds, and US Dollars.
Music Hall Casino offers a wide array of deposit methods, ensuring that players can fund their accounts conveniently and securely. The casino supports everything from traditional banking methods like credit and debit cards to modern e-wallets and voucher systems. Below, we will break down a few specific payment methods available:
Credit/Debit Cards
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB credit/debit cards are all accepted at Music Hall Casino. These are widely used thanks to their ease of use and instant processing times. The primary benefit of using credit and debit cards is that you can fund your online casino account directly from your bank – and, most of the time, you will also be eligible to claim all of the Music Hall Casino bonuses.
However, one thing to note is that you may incur fees and charges if you make deposits and withdrawals using credit cards. This often depends on your bank – and it’s nothing to do with the casino.
Electronic Check
While it probably sounds pretty old-school to most, Electronic Checks can still be used at Casino Rewards casinos, and it allows you to transfer funds directly from your bank account to your casino account. It’s one of the more secure payment methods you’ll find on offer at online casinos, but it should be noted that processing times can be pretty long, so try to keep this in mind.
Paysafecard
Paysafecard is well-known in Canada and the UK, although it’s a lot less well-known in other countries. This prepaid card can be purchased at retail outlets or online. It’s a secure and anonymous way to make deposits. It’s pretty different to Interac – another payment method at Music Hall Casino. Interac allows Canadian players only to make secure – and instant – transfers to and from their bank account.
Flexepin
This is one of the least well-known payment methods available at online casinos, although it’s pretty decent. It’s a prepaid voucher you can purchase at retail outlets, although finding outlets that sell it isn’t always the most straightforward task. It’s an excellent option to control your spending, as you can only spend the amount you have preloaded onto the voucher.
ecoPayz
ecoPayz is an EWallet that’s well-known in the online gambling world. It’s a safe, secure, and convenient way to make deposits, and it’s well-suited for those who want quick, fast, and easy deposits. However, EcoPayz requires you to verify your account often, so please be aware.
Other payment methods available at Music Hall Casino, too, include InstaDebit, iDebit, MuchBetter, and NeoSurf. In cases where you hit big wins, you may be required to withdraw using a bank transfer, but this is rare and is generally reserved for jackpot wins only.
The minimum deposit amount at Music Hall Casino is $14, which is quite reasonable. The casino does not charge any deposit fees, but it’s worth noting that some banks or payment processors may charge transaction fees.
Withdrawal Speed
When it comes to withdrawals, Music Hall Casino requires that you use the same payment method used on your last deposit for withdrawals. This is a regulatory requirement, so please remember that it’s not the casino being difficult! We should also note that most players report that they must complete an identity verification check before they can withdraw.
After you submit your withdrawal request, the casino will review it before approving it. This is known as a pending period, and Music Hall Casino states it takes between one and two working days. The minimum withdrawal is set at $20 for most payment methods. However, direct bank transfers have a minimum withdrawal limit of $500 which is something to keep in mind.
Withdrawals made via direct bank transfer are also subject to fees — $50 for withdrawals under $3,000 and $100 for withdrawals over this amount. This is pretty high, so again, you can see why most players prefer more conventional payment methods.
Finally, Music Hall Casino states that you will incur a 2.5% “conversion fee” if you withdraw using a different currency than the one you used to make a deposit. This seems to be fair enough. However, we don’t like the following: this only applies to players who win five times more than their deposit! This simply seems predatory – and your withdrawals across all Casino Rewards properties count, too!
Responsible gaming
Music Hall Casino is committed to promoting responsible gambling. They encourage players to set deposit limits and use session reminders to help manage their gambling activity. These tools can effectively prevent problem gambling and ensure that players gamble within their means.
If players show signs of problem gambling, they can take a break from the casino for up to six weeks or enter a self-exclusion program for up to five years. These measures can help them regain control over their gambling behaviour.
Music Hall Casino also provides information and resources for players struggling with problem gambling. This includes links to professional organisations that offer support and treatment for problem gambling.
If you’d like to look at the responsible gambling tools available, click the “responsible gambling” link in the website’s footer section. This will take you to the relevant section to get additional help and support.
Customer support
Music Hall Casino Review: Customer Support
Music Hall Casino offers excellent customer support to its players. The support team can be reached in three ways; through live chat, email, or by phone.
The live chat feature is available 24/7, providing instant assistance to players. This is an ideal option for urgent queries or issues, as it allows for real-time communication with a support representative.
You can contact Music Hall Casino through various contact options for any inquiries or assistance. If you prefer email communication, you can contact them at support@musichallcasino.eu.
Alternatively, if you wish to speak with a representative over the phone, they provide specific numbers for different regions. If you are in Canada, you can dial 1 866 312 7466. For the UK, the toll-free number is 0800 917 1545. Customers in Denmark can contact them at +8088 4574; for Germany, the number is 0800 182 0567. If you are calling from an international location, the number is 1 888 942 7466.
KYC
Music Hall Casino takes the security of its players seriously and adheres to strict KYC procedures. This process is designed to verify the identity of players and prevent underage gambling. It’s also designed to stop players who are self-excluded from playing.
When you create an account with Music Hall Casino, you must provide certain documents to verify your identity. These may include government-issued photo IDs and recent bank statements or utility bills confirming your address. In some cases, you may also need proof of ownership of the payment methods you use for deposits and withdrawals.
The KYC procedure is integral to maintaining a safe and secure online gaming environment. It’s annoying – and we fully understand why players dislike them. However, it’s important to point out that the casino isn’t doing these checks by choice. Their online gambling license legally compels them to do so.
Website Experience and Features
Desktop and Mobile Gaming
Whether you prefer to play on your desktop, mobile device, or through a downloadable app, Music Hall Casino generally has you covered, although we wouldn’t go too crazy about the mobile casino as it leaves quite a lot to be desired, in our opinion
Music Hall Casino offers a downloadable version of their casino, and this is one of the things that they’re best known for. This software was used to offer a more streamlined gaming experience as it allowed loading times to be improved, and you could “cache” games on your laptop or computer. However, in today’s day and age, it’s unnecessary mainly – and only players who want a sense of nostalgia will be interested in downloading it. The software client is easy to install and offers the same range of games as the browser-based site.
While no dedicated mobile apps are available, players can access Music Hall Casino through their mobile browser. However, it’s not a mobile-optimized website, and it remains unclear whether the casino is accessible to all players.
The desktop version of Music Hall Casino is powered by Microgaming’s software once again, and it features a relatively user-friendly interface and intuitive navigation, making it easy for players to find their favourite games. However, it’s nowhere near as modern in design as many games we’re used to seeing – so we feel they could do a better job here.
Brand games
Providers
Microgaming has been a pioneer in the online gaming industry since 1994, and they hold a wide variety of records – including developing the web’s first online poker client. They’ve also developed over 500 games, including classics like Thunderstruck II and Avalon, to progressive jackpots like Mega Moolah – the latter of which holds the Guinness World Record for creating the most millionaires!
Like all Casino Rewards properties, Music Hall Casino is Microgaming-only so you won’t find games from other software providers. In today’s day and age, this won’t appeal to most players, and we can see why. However, you probably won’t be disappointed if you like old-school Microgaming slots!
Slots
When it comes to video slots, Microgaming used to be probably the best out there. Their games were unrivalled, and they were known for some of the most exciting, high-variance and (potentially) lucrative games on the market! Today, they’ve lost much of their footing in the online gambling market, but they still remain a household name regarding slots. Below, we will look at some of their most popular releases.
Immortal Romance
This vampire-themed online slot game is one of the most popular video slots ever made – and while it’s more than ten years old, it remains hugely popular among players today. The game is centred around a love story reminiscent of popular vampire hits like Twilight, and it’s built around a 5-reel, 3-row format. However, the video slot doesn’t use paylines, instead basking itself on a 243-ways-to-win mechanic.
The game’s free spins bonus round is triggered by landing 3, 4, or 5 of the scatter symbols anywhere in view, and this is where most of the action takes place. You can choose one of our free spin features, which offer colossal win potential – up to 10,000X your stake!
Thunderstruck II
Thunderstruck II is another iconic video slot from Microgaming, and it’s heavily inspired by Norse mythology. Once you load up the game, you will see immediately, thanks to the striking Viking longboats, the bearded gods, and Asgard. Like Immortal Romance, Thunderstruck II is built around a 5-reel, 3-row format, and there are 243 ways to win.
There are a few bonuses and features to look out for, including the unique Wild Storm mechanic. This triggers randomly during the base game and can turn anywhere from one to all five reels into fully wild reels! In addition, there’s also the main bonus round, which, like Immortal Romance, lets you choose one of four different bonuses and features to play!
Break Da Bank Again: This sequel to the classic 3-reel slot, Break Da Bank. Despite its retro style, the game offers a lucrative free spins feature where all wins are multiplied 5x. The game logo acts as a multiplier wild that boosts wins 5x; during free spins, all wild wins are multiplied by a massive 25x.
Avalon: This classic old-school video slot is inspired by King Arthur – a well-known historical figure and one that Microgaming has emulated perfectly! Some fascinating bonuses and features include free spins with all wins multiplied up to 7x. Plus, adding an extra wild symbol helps you stack up big payouts from the feature.
Each slot offers unique themes and exciting features, making them a favourite among players. Microgaming’s non-progressive slots offer something for everyone, whether you’re a fan of mythology, adventure, or classic themes. However, as with all forms of gambling, it’s important to play responsibly and within your limits.
Live Dealer Games
Despite the great selection of Microgaming games available at Music Hall Casino, they don’t offer any live casino games. This will be a problem for many players in 2023, especially given that live dealer games continue to be more popular than ever.
Most online casinos today – even if they’re running on old software platforms – partner up with a company like Evolution Gaming, and we don’t see any reason why Music Hall Casino aren’t able to do this themselves. We’d like to see this change in the future.
Table Games and Video Poker
Microgaming also offers a wide range of casino table games and video poker, ensuring you can play everything from Roulette and Blackjack to instant win games and video poker. Below, we’ll walk you through some of their most popular casino table games.
European Roulette Gold Series: One of Microgaming’s most successful virtual casino games, the European Roulette Gold Series is a standard European Roulette wheel with enhanced graphics and fantastic sound effects. It’s designed to transform you into the world of casino glamour, and you’ll feel this from the moment you load up the game.
Atlantic City Blackjack Gold Series: Atlantic City Blackjack Gold Series is probably Microgaming’s most popular Blackjack variation, and it follows the standard rules of Atlantic City Blackjack, with the dealer standing on all 17s. The game offers a variety of features, including the ability to split and double down, adding to the excitement of the gameplay.
Baccarat Gold: This is a high-quality version of Baccarat, offering a realistic gaming experience. The game features a variety of betting options and allows players to keep track of their gameplay with a history feature.
Here’s a breakdown of the most popular casino table games you’ll find at Music Hall: Multihand Vegas Single Deck Blackjack, European Blackjack Gold, Retro Solitaire, European Roulette – Dark mode, Atlantic City Black Jack Gold, European Roulette, Vegas Strip Blackjack Gold, Roulette, Sapphire Roulette, Multihand Vegas Downtown Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Atlantic City Blackjack, Multihand Vegas Strip Blackjack, Roulette X5, Aces and Faces Poker, Vegas Single Deck Blackjack Gold, Hold’em Poker, European Roulette, American Roulette, and Blackjack.
When it comes to video poker, there’s a pretty decent selection at Music Hall Casino. You’ll find: Hold’em Poker 2, Bonus Deuces Wild, Double Double Bonus Poker, Deuces Wild, Jacks or Better, Poker – Aces and Eights, All Aces Poker, Aces and Faces Poker, Hold’em Poker 2, Deuces Wild, Bonus Deuces Wild, Double Double Bonus Poker, Aces and Faces Poker, Poker – Aces and Eights, and All Aces Poker available, so there’s plenty of choice!
These games offer various betting options and features, catering to players of all skill levels. Whether you prefer the strategic gameplay of blackjack and poker or the chance-based excitement of roulette and baccarat, Microgaming’s table games and video poker offerings have something for everyone.
Progressive jackpots
Microgaming is renowned for its progressive jackpot slots, which have the potential to turn players into millionaires with just a single spin. Here are the top five progressive jackpot slots from Microgaming:
Mega Moolah: Often referred to as the ‘Millionaire Maker’, Mega Moolah is arguably Microgaming’s most famous progressive slot. The game features a fun safari theme and offers four progressive jackpots: Mini, Minor, Major, and Mega. The Mega jackpot starts at a whopping $1 million and has been known to reach into the tens of millions. In 2015, Mega Moolah set the record for the most significant online slot payout, awarding a UK player over $17 million!
Mega Moolah Isis: This variant of the original Mega Moolah slot has an ancient Egyptian theme. The game features the same four progressive jackpots as the original, with the Mega jackpot starting at $1 million! The game also offers free spins with multipliers, adding to its appeal.
Major Millions: This military-themed progressive slot comes in both 3-reel and 5-reel versions. The game features a progressive jackpot triggered when you land five Major Millions symbols on the 15th payline. The jackpot seeds at $250,000 – although it often reaches the million-dollar range!
King Cashalot: This medieval-themed progressive slot features a king who loves sharing wealth. The game offers a progressive jackpot triggered when you land five King symbols on the 9th payline. Like all of Microgaming’s progressive jackpot games, King Cashalot has a jackpot seed – and it’s decent; $100,000!
About the Team and History
Music Hall Casino has long been a hub for online gaming enthusiasts, licensed and regulated by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. Established in 2001, it is also a member of the Interactive Gaming Council, adhering strictly to its code of conduct, guaranteeing fairness and honesty in gaming.
Music Hall Casino quickly gained recognition in its early years due to its unique thematic design and diverse range of games. A significant shift occurred in 2008 when they decided to feature only Microgaming games, favouring quality over quantity. This move had mixed reviews, and, as we noted earlier.
They are licensed in Kahnawake and Matla, and, as such, they can accept players from around the world. However, Music Hall Casino does not accept players from the following countries: the Virgin Islands, the U.S., Belgium, the United States Minor Outlying Islands, Hong Kong, Turkey, Israel, France, and the United States.
Complaints and Track Record
We couldn’t find any specific reviews about Music Hall Casino in the Casinomeister forum – which is usually a good sign! We did find a number of threads where players discussed their slot wins at the casino – although, in the interests of transparency, we will show you a negative complaint about the company that operates Music Hall, Casino Rewards.
A few users complained about slow withdrawals – with St0rm0r kicking off a thread with this comment: “I have an account with LuxuryCasino.co.uk (part of a casino rewards group). I requested a withdrawal for £4,800 eight days ago, which has still not been paid.
I have repeatedly contacted customer services, only to be fobbed off by excuses, the latest one being, “oh, it was a bank holiday yesterday in Australia, so we have a backlog”… I’ve also been told that customer services can’t help me, only the “Risk Management” department. Risk Management is not available on the phone. I’ve repeatedly emailed them, but they have not replied. I don’t know what else I can do now except go to the Gambling Commission in the UK, with whom this company is registered.
I must note that no bonus was involved, and I lost money. The withdrawal amount is less than my original deposit, and I am withdrawing using the same method I deposited with. I have complied with all their ID requirements, and support has confirmed that my account has been verified.
I have PM’d the rep, informing her of this complaint per the forum’s rules.”
We agree; the withdrawals are too slow. In this day and age, there’s just no good reason for pending times to take two working days, in our opinion.
